Arrests

Wednesday, 9:23 a.m., deputies arrested Larry J. Fording, 45, 700 block of East Gerhart Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Wednesday, 10:52 a.m., deputies arrested Phillips W. Cooper, 32, 1500 block of West Havens Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 11:20 a.m., deputies arrested William T. Walker, 21, 1200 block of Kyle David Way, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for faiure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:21 a.m., deputies arrested Jordan C. Bougher, 23, 1000 block of North Armstrong Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Christine M. Parr, 45, Frankfort, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 1:15 p.m., deputies arrested Jesse L. Willey, 33, at the Plainfield Correctional Facility, on a warrant for theft.

Wednesday, 5:06 p.m., deputies arrested Tammy K. Davis, 47, 2900 block of Joyce Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for public intoxication and neglect of a dependent.

Wednesday, 5:35 p.m., deputies arrested Jeffrey D. Duke, 25, 1900 block of East Carter Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 7:42 p.m., police arrested Taylor B. Hite, 22, 400 block of Rainbow Circle, at 55 West and 300 South, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 9:50 p.m., deputies arrested Peggy L. Scoles, 35, 1100 block of South Courtland Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on four body attachment warrants.

Wednesday, midnight, police arrested Nicolas J. Shepard, 21, 1300 block of North Courtland Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of cocaine, possession of meth and attempted obstruction of justice.

Thursday, 1:56 a.m., police arrested Rafael R. Ocampo, 26, Michigan, in the 500 block of East Alto Road, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 4:40 a.m., deputies arrested Winston L. Rogers, 25, Russiaville, at the Howard County jail, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
