Arrest

Friday, 10:10 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male, at City Hall, on a conversion charge.

Friday, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested Clinton A. Fletcher, 40, 700 block of West Butler Street, at the Tippecanoe County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 10:48 a.m., deputies arrested Mark B. Hardy, 59, 900 block of East Monroe Street, at the same address, on a warrant charge of violating the re-entry program.

Friday, 3:58 p.m., deputies arrested Nathaniel J. Richardson, 48, 1300 block of East Jefferson Street, at the same address, on a warrant charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 4:08 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 400 block of East Richmond Street, on a conversion charge.

Friday, 5:23 p.m., police arrested Anthony W. Murphy, 43, 500 block of North Main Street, at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a felony theft charge, and on a marijuana possession charge.

Friday, 5:48 p.m., deputies arrested Theo M. Thomas, 27, 400 block of East Richmond Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a parole violation warrant.

Friday, 7:50 p.m., deputies arrested Terry D. Rhinebarger, 48, 1200 block of East Sycamore Street, at the same address, on two warrant charges of failure to appear.

Friday, 8:46 p.m., police arrested Lanoshia S. Clay, 29, 1400 block of North LaFountain Street, in the 1700 block of South Union Street, on a warrant charge of invasion of privacy.

Friday, 8:58 p.m., police arrested Cheryl L. Butler, 54, 600 block of East Vaile Avenue, at the same address, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 8:58 p.m., deputies arrested Boyd B. Long III, 24, 4500 block of East 200 South, at the same address, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Saturday, 12:08 a.m., police arrested Derrick J. Thomas, 47, 600 block of Southlea Drive, at the same address, on a petition to revoke.

Saturday, 1:05 a.m., police arrested Stephanie M. Reed, 32, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Boulevard and Home Avenue, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
