Arrests

Monday, 8:39 a.m., police arrested Tavaris McGuire, 18, 1300 block of South Washington Street, at Apperson Way and Monroe Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 10:07 a.m., deputies arrested Darrell A. Timmons, 34, 1000 block of South Jay Street, at the same address, on a warrant charge of carrying a handgun without a permit, and on a Grant County body attachment warrant.

Monday, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested Cody A. Foxx, 21, 500 block of Holiday Drive, Greentown, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Bradley D. Kreps, 19, 2000 block of North Purdum Street, at the Pulaski County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Timothy R. Fording, 44, 900 block of West Alto Road, at the Hancock County Jail, on three warrant charges of failure to appear.

Monday, 12:07 p.m., deputies arrested Rodney E. Goble, 48, 1400 block of North Indiana Avenue, at the Madison County Jail, on two petitions to revoke, and on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 12:09 p.m., deputies arrested Candice M. Armstrong, 28, 400 block of West Main Street, Greentown, in the 1900 block of West Sycamore Street, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 1:36 p.m., police arrested Algin R. White Jr., 28, 800 block of East Vaile Avenue, in the same block, on a domestic battery charge.

Monday, 2:52 p.m., police arrested Courtney Q. Woodard, 35, 400 block of North Western Avenue, at Mulberry Street and Western, on a marijuana possession charge.

Monday, 3:23 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female, in the 1400 block of Apperson Way North, on a felony charge of battery on a police officer, and charges of resisting law enforcement and disobedience.

Monday, 3:23 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female, in the 1400 block of Apperson Way North, on a disobedience charge.
