Arrests

Tuesday, 8:49 a.m., deputies arrested Judson M. Serumgard, 34, Ferndale, Mich., in the 4900 block of West 50 South, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 10:10 a.m., deputies arrested Joy K. Calloway, 41, Fort Wayne, at the Miami County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 10:45 a.m., deputies arrested Deania M. Loer, 36, 1300 block of South Waugh Street, at the Howard County Jail, on two petitions to revoke.

Tuesday, 2:01 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 300 block of North Philips Street, on a disobedience charge.

Tuesday, 2:43 p.m., police arrested Clifton B. Heath, 27, 300 block of West Monroe Street, at the same address, on a battery charge.

Tuesday, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Bryce M. Whetzell, 36, 3000 block of Baton Rouge Drive, at the Carroll County Jail, on two petitions to revoke, on a warrant charge of failure to appear, and on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 5:30 p.m., police arrested Robert Beasley Jr., 38, 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, at the same address, on a warrant for a felony theft charge.

Tuesday, 6:43 p.m., police arrested Gary W. Peterson, 27, 800 block of East Center Road, in the 3500 block of South Lafountain Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 7:28 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female, at Main and Walnut streets, on a battery charge.

Tuesday, 7:53 p.m., police arrested Theodore N. Hannibal Jr., 41, 1300 block of East Mulberry Street, at Locke and Jefferson streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 10:51 p.m., deputies arrested Mark D. McNew, 28, 13700 block of Quail Run Dr., at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for felony charges of theft, possession of stolen property and burglary, and on charges of resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.

Wednesday, 12:34 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 2100 block of North Webster Street, as a runaway.
