Wednesday, 12:35 a.m., police arrested William F. Day Jr., 47, 700 block of South McCann Street, at Harrison Street and Courtland Avenue, on a public intoxication charge.

Wednesday, 2:22 a.m., deputies arrested Casey J. Hankee, 25, Galveston, at the same address, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 2:22 a.m., deputies arrested Cinditha Adkins, 31, Galveston, at the same address, on a body attachment warrant.

Thefts

Tuesday, 8:32 a.m., a theft of four Goodyear Eagle tires was reported in the 2100 block of East Lincoln Road.

Tuesday, 10:19 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 2400 block of North Webster Street, with a Colt 9mm handgun reported stolen.

Tuesday, 11:28 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 1200 block of South Union, with a watch, jewelry and cash reported stolen.

Arrest

Sunday, 6:12 p.m., Tipton police arrested Charles L. Morrisett, 33, 200 block of East Jackson Street, at the same address, on felony charges of battery on a person under age 14, battery on a mentally disabled person and neglect of a dependent resulting in injury.
