Arrests

Tuesday, 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested Seth Cardwell, 18, 600 block of North Union Street, Russiaville, at Western High School, 2600 S. 600 West, on a marijuana possession charge.

Wednesday, 9:37 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher S. Stafford, 35, 2900 block of Apperson Way North, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant charge of invasion of privacy.

Wednesday, 3:45 p.m., deputies arrested Jennifer Tressler, 30, Marion, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 5:40 p.m., police arrested Billy J. Hampton, 34, Elwood, at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a felony theft charge.

Wednesday, 5:40 p.m., police arrested Angela J. Nichols, 32, Elwood, at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on felony charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance (three counts), and on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Wednesday, 5:55 p.m., deputies arrested Marvell L. Townsend, 43, 900 block of East Broadway, at the same address, on a warrant charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Wednesday, 6:15 p.m., deputies arrested Danielle R. McMillan, 31, Indianapolis, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 8:03 p.m., police arrested Jacob M. Hyde, 23, 2900 block of East 100 North, at Apperson Way and Vaile Avenue, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 8:21 p.m., deputies arrested Falisha R. Shutt, 31, 1300 block of West Walnut Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 12:07 a.m., police arrested Kevin L. Cox, 42, 2000 block of Judson Road, in the 3200 block of Alameda Boulevard, on a domestic battery charge.

Thursday, 12:32 a.m., deputies arrested Christina M. Bott, 31, 1200 block of East 406 South, Oakford, at the same address, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence from Carroll County.

Thursday, 3:34 a.m., police arrested Alisha M. Griffin, 19, LaPorte, in the 1600 block of South Plate Street, on charges of illegal consumption and resisting law enforcement.

Thursday, 3:19 a.m., police arrested Jorge Martinez, 26, 200 block of West Elm Street, at Miller’s Tavern, 125 W. Elm St., on charges of trespass, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Thursday, 8:24 a.m., police arrested Alejandra D. Brown, 18, Marion, in the 2600 block of South 600 West, on an illegal consumption charge.

Thursday, 10:15 a.m., police arrested Casey L. Carpenter, 31, 1500 block of South Plate Street, at the same address, on a charge of false informing, and on Oklahoma warrant charges of possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

Thursday, 1:45 p.m., police arrested Rodney A. Horn, 48, 1300 block of East Alto Road, and Misty A. Hook, 39, 1100 block of South Purdum Street, in the 1100 block of South Purdum Street, both on felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, illegal drug lab, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe; Horn was charged with visiting a common nuisance, and Hook was charged with maintaining a common nuisance.

Thursday, 2:44 p.m., police arrested Mary L. Robinson, 40, 300 block of East Taylor Street, at the same address, on a warrant charge of battery.

Thursday, 3:48 p.m., police arrested Zeppelin D. King, 26, 3000 block of North Washington Street, at the same address, on a petition to revoke, and on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Thursday, 4:16 p.m., police arrested John W. Sharpe, 38, 3300 block of Weathered Rock Circle, in the 700 block of North Dixon Road, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Thursday, 4:53 p.m., police arrested Greggory R. Howery, 18, 1200 block of Teepee Drive, at Webster and Defenbaugh streets, on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 2:26 a.m., police arrested Brandon B. Evans, 25, Lake Station, and Jacquelen Schuler, 35, Wabash, at Sycamore Street and Ind. 931, both on felony charges of dealing cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a syringe.
