---- — • Timothy L. Sallee Jr., convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 93 days of his suspended sentence and returned to probation.

• Shian Lawson, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 160 days of his suspended sentence and an extended six months or probation.

• Ted D. Koon, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 90 days of his suspended sentence and an extended six months of probation.

• Bruce J. Liggin Jr., convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to one year of his suspended sentence to run consecutively with a case in Howard Superior Court 3.

• Kenneth R. Glassburn, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 88 days of his suspended sentence and an extended six months of probation.

• Jason M. Wilson, 32, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with eight days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kevin L. Yard, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor failure to appear, was sentenced to one year with 60 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees. He also was convicted of Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance and sentenced to 180 days executed to be served consecutively with the first sentence.

• Anna M. Riggs, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 152 days of her suspended sentence and an extended six months of probation.

• Shawnacy Carter, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke, was sentenced to complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment.

• Jerrod D. Payne, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended, conversion and B misdemeanor failure to stop after an accident, was sentenced on each of the A misdemeanors and 180 days executed on the B misdemeanor. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently. As a condition of probation, he was ordered to pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jason Hendrix, 34, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of two Class D felony counts of fraud and one count of aiding, inducing or causing theft, was sentenced to two years with six months executed on the first two counts and two years suspended to be run consecutively. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to complete and pay for Intensive Out-Patient Program and pay court costs and probation fees.

• Leroy W. Young II, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony obtaining, possessing, transferring, using synthetic identifying information, was sentenced to 18 months suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Ronald E. Johnson, 34, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony criminal recklessness, was sentenced to three years with 182 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Thinking For A Change Program and Employment Classes as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Shelby Carlson, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of noncompliance with in-home detention, was sentenced to 10 days of his suspended sentence, returned to in-home detention and an extended 180 days of probation.

• Heather Burns, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year with 16 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete 60 hours of community service as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• James B. Patterson, 34, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony operating a vehicle after being adjudged a habitual traffic violator, was sentenced to three years with 13 days executed and the balance on in-home detention as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Lamont Smith, 38, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, was sentenced to one year with 14 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Philip E. Campbell, 32, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with 10 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jerry Burns, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony auto theft, was sentenced to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment, Thinking For A Change Program, obtain his GED as well as pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Joshua E. Lewis, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled susbtance, was sentenced to 18 months with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well pay court costs and probation fees.
