Saturday, 8:40 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, at the intersection of Bridle Way and Jefferson Street, on a charge of auto theft.

Saturday, 9:19 p.m., police arrested Broderick Black, 51, 500 block of Salem Drive, at that address, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 11:25 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew R. Kennedy, 34, 1300 block of South Ohio Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Saturday, 11:50 p.m., police arrested Oscar M. White, 35, 2800 block of Harrison Drive, at the intersection of 200 East and Boulevard, on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Sunday, 12:32 a.m., police arrested Amber N. Nicholson, 25, 1100 block of Morningside Drive, at that address, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Sunday, 1:20 a.m., deputies arrested John A. Rutledge, 22, 1100 block of South Delphos Street, in the 1500 block of South 500 East, on a charge of public intoxication.

Sunday, 1:23 a.m., police arrested Steven R. France, 30, 1200 block of North Webster Street, in the 2200 block of West Market Street, on charges of criminal recklessness, never obtaining a driver’s license, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, auto theft, felony resisting law enforcement and two counts of resisting law enforcement, misdemeanors.

Sunday, 4:39 a.m., deputies arrested Melissa A. Stevens, 25, 3500 block of Longbow Drive, at the intersection of 1100 West and 250 South, on charges of public intoxication and failure to stop after a property damage accident.

Sunday, 6:15 p.m., deputies arrested Miranda S. Pieper, 31, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at the Howard County jail, on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of marijuana.

Sunday, 6:36 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female, in the 300 block of North Indiana Street, as a runaway.

Sunday, 7:25 p.m., police arrested Flint V. Farmer, 47, 500 block of South Wabash Street, at that address, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Sunday, 8:55 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 2500 block of West Carter Street, as a runaway.
