Arrests

Monday, 4:49 p.m., deputies arrested Cary D. Miller, 48, 2300 block of West Murden Street, at home, on a charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Monday, 8:16 p.m., police arrested Tynesha N. Hall, 30, 1000 block of West Harrison Street, in the 2100 block of Chevy Court, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 9:25 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher J. Wright, 35, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at Ohio Street and U.S. 31, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Monday, 11:25 p.m., police arrested Brett T. Sears, 43, 1800 block of South Armstrong Street, at Community Howard Regional Hospital, on a public intoxication charge.

Tuesday, 8:55 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 1000 block of East Walnut Street, on charges of residential entry, resisting law enforcement, battery on a police officer and an in-home detention violation.

Tuesday, 9:06 a.m., deputies arrested Michael N. Andrews, 33, 5100 north block of 200 West, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for bond revocation.

Tuesday, 9:25 a.m. deputies arrested Holly L. Lovegrove, 27, 1400 block of West Jefferson Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 10:07 a.m., deputies arrested Shawn A. Mason, 24, 300 block of North Indiana Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:27 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher Barbour, 29, 1100 block of East Taylor Street, at that residence, on a warrant for conspiracy to deal marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 1:21 p.m., police arrested Dennis B. Miller, 47, homeless, in the 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, on a charges of dealing in a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Jordan A. Cook, 23, Peru, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for possession of a precursor by a meth offender.

Tuesday, 2:40 p.m., deputies arrested Amie Y. Young, 28, 700 block of North Philps Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.
