Tuesday, 3:08 p.m., police arrested Joshua G. Ewing, 28, Flora, in the 2700 block of North Washington Street, on a Clinton County warrant for failure to appear and a Carroll County petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Josh A. Smith, 24, 900 block of Crescent Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 3:48 p.m., police arrested Gabrielle McDowell, 23, 1200 block of East Taylor Street, in the 200 block of East Jefferson Street, on a warrant for assisting a criminal.

Tuesday, 5:23 p.m., police arrested Jonathan M. Levell, 25, 1000 block of East Richmond Street, in the 1000 block of South Union Street, on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear.

Tuesday, 6:01 p.m., police arrested Travis D. Koon, 39, and Denise D. Cook, 36, 1400 block of South Buckeye Street, at 3710 S. Reed Road, each on charges of possession of methamphetamines, illegal drug lab and manufacturing meth.

Wednesday, 3:47 a.m., police arrested Martha A. Small, 55, 1900 block of West Carter Street, at Washington and Jefferson streets, on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Thefts

Sunday, 9:13 p.m., a theft of a 46-inch television was reported, no address given.

Monday, 11:47 a.m., a theft of a Hi Point 9mm handgun was reported in the 1000 block of East Taylor Street.

Monday, 2:34 p.m., a theft of cash was reported at Bob Evans, 2040 S. Reed Road.

Monday, 4:07 p.m., a theft of an air conditioning unit was reported in the 1800 block of South Lafountain Street.

Monday, 4:20 p.m., a theft of a PlayStation game system was reported in the 200 block of West Lordeman Street.

Monday, 5:04 p.m., a theft of an Xbox 360 and a Toshiba laptop computer was reported in the 1300 block of Tate Street.

Monday, 6:03 p.m., a theft of clothing and cell phones was reported in the 1000 block of East Dixon Street.
