Police blotter, April 8, 2014


Sunday, 12:11 a.m., state police arrested Michael A. Mehling, 56, 300 block of Courtland Avenue, at Jefferson and Washington streets, on a felony operating while intoxicated charge.

Sunday, 12:36 a.m., police arrested Christian M. Dickey, 22, 3300 block of Weathered Rock Circle, at Philips and Tate streets, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, 2:33 a.m., police arrested Joel D. Edwards, 32, 100 block of North 400 East, in the 1000 block of North Washington Street, on a public intoxication charge.

Sunday, 3:14 a.m., police arrested Christian J. Rutledge, 18, 800 block of Maumee Drive, at Jefferson and Armstrong streets, on an illegal consumption charge.

Sunday, 11:10 a.m., police arrested Christopher M. Thompson, 49, 400 block of Conradt Avenue, in the 2600 block of South LaFountain Street, on a felony charge of invasion of privacy, and on a resisting law enforcement charge.

Sunday, noon, police arrested Devan C. Lampe, 18, 1400 block of South Courtland Avenue, in the 1900 block of West Sycamore Street, on a disorderly conduct charge.

Sunday, 2:47 p.m., police arrested Noel J. Goddard, 47, 2700 block of Amberwood Place, at the same address, on a felony strangulation charge, and on a domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 3:46 p.m., deputies arrested Otis N. Hensler, 21, Sharpsville, at Main and Union streets, Russiaville, on a Tipton County felony warrant charge of theft.

Sunday, 4:28 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, in the 900 block of North Lindsay Street, on runaway charges.

Sunday, 5:19 p.m., police arrested Josh Murphy, 23, 1100 block of North Philips Street, at the same address, on a petition to revoke.

Sunday, 5:51 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 800 block of North Philips Street, on a runaway charge.

Sunday, 9:02 p.m., deputies arrested Vance M. Williamson, 22, 1200 block of East 406 South, Oakford, at the same address, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 11:47 p.m., police arrested Bobby L. Bowman III, 32, 600 block of East Markland Avenue, at the same address, on felony charges of battery and intimidation, and on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Monday, 1:54 a.m., police arrested Matthew A. Petty, 36, 1600 block of North Waugh Street, at Dixon Road and Markland Avenue, on a felony theft charge.

Monday, 4:02 p.m., police arrested Marthan C. Lewis, 18, 900 block of North Leeds Street, in the 1500 block of South Home Avenue, on a marijuana possession charge.


Sunday, 10:54 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 6000 block of East 100 North.
