Area sentencings

• Teighlor S. Trine, 21, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony conspiracy to deal in a narcotic drug, was sentenced to eight years with 394 days in jail, 1,066 days of in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment, Re-Entry Court Program as well pay court costs and probation fees.

• Darrian Peterson, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class C felony burglary, was sentenced to six years with four years in the Cass/Pulaski Community Correction’s Work Release Program and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, obtain a high school diploma or GED as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Rex Shook, 58, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to 18 months with four days in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kevin Catron, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to serve the balance of his suspended sentence in jail.

• Cody Vaughn, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 60 days of his suspended sentence in jail.

• Daniel Scoles, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 92 days of his suspended sentence in jail and an extended 90 days of probation.

• William T. Richard, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 90 days of his suspended sentence in jail.

• Justin Woodard, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 116 days of his suspended sentence in jail and an extended 60 days of probation.

• James E. Smith, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 84 days of his suspended sentence in jail and an extended three months of probation.
