Howard County arrests

Friday, 10:45 a.m., deputies arrested Ross Chandler, 33, 1900 block of North Morrison Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 12:15 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph D. Allen, 19, 700 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Marion County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 9:14 p.m., police arrested Daniel G. Adams-Cardwell, 22, 2300 block of South Indiana Avenue, in the 1700 block of East Markland Avenue, on a hit and run charge.

Saturday, 2:01 a.m., police arrested Cody L. Moore, 36, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at Market and Barkdol streets, on two warrant charges of failure to appear, and on two counts of a felony possession of a controlled substance charge.

Saturday, 3:26 a.m., police arrested James McQueary, 43, 700 block of West Jefferson Street, in the 200 block of North Buckeye Street, on a public intoxication charge.

Saturday, 3:28 a.m., state police arrested Michael C. Walker, 21, Corapolis, Pa., at Lincoln Road, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3:54 a.m., state police arrested Shawn T. Stevens, 21, 300 block of Cooper Street, Russiaville, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:21 a.m., state police arrested Jay J. West, 29, 1100 block of North Philips Street, at the Howard County jail, on two operating while intoxicated charges, and on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 4:34 a.m., state police arrested Stephen J. Robinson, 30, Los Angeles, Calif., at Washington and North streets, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 5:06 p.m., police arrested Kristian R. Sosbe, 26, 4100 block of West 250 North, Greencastle, at the 1000 block of South Reed Road on charges of theft and public intoxication.

Saturday, 6:20 p.m., deputies arrested Thaddeus J. Bulger, 26, Cutler, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Saturday, 8:30 p.m., deputies arrested Capen R. Jordan, 33, 1700 block of South Courtland Avenue, at home, on a warrant for a felony auto theft charge, and on charges of mischief and domestic battery.
