Arrests

Tuesday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Alan H. Tinker, 34, no address listed, at the Howard County jail, on a parole violation hold.

Tuesday, 1:24 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 1000 block of East Walnut Street, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with the intent to deal.

Tuesday, 2:33 p.m., police arrested Charles W. Thompson III, 20, 1000 block of South Plate Street, at Courtland Avenue and Monroe Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 5:51 p.m., police arrested Tajaun M. Lee, 20, 900 block of East Elm Street, in the 3800 block of Alameda Boulevard, on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, dealing in meth and visiting a common nuisance. Police also arrested Tianyve D. Stitts, 21, 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 9:15 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 600 block of South Union Street, on a charge of runaway.

Tuesday, 9:41 p.m., police arrested James P. Kiley, 46, and Deborah Viars, 47, both of the 700 block of West Foster Street, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., each on a charge of theft.

Tuesday, 9:50 p.m., deputies arrested Elizabeth Alexander, 28, Peru, on a warrant for petition to revoke and a body attachment.

Tuesday, 11:24 p.m., police arrested Deborah L. Rumble, 61, 3600 block of Bradford Court, at Southlea Drive and Webster Street, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 3:59 a.m., police arrested Sally J. Reed, 53, Peru, at State Street and Home Avenue, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and habitual traffic offender for life.

Saturday, 12:14 a.m., state police arrested Anastasia D. Lockhart, 20, Columbus, on charges of identity deception, failure to identify self and driving while suspended.

Saturday, 3:38 p.m., state police arrested Thomas J. Campbell, 31, 1500 block of South N Street, Elwood, on a warrant for non-support of a dependent.

Oct. 2, 11:40 p.m., police arrested Robert A. Morecraft, 37, 200 block of East 2nd Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Oct. 3, 2:55 p.m., deputies arrested Nathan Lewis, 18, 100 block of Woodlawn Hills, Peru, on a warrant for burglary, theft, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a firearm, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Oct. 3, 10:10 p.m., deputies arrested Chelsey Hewitt, 27, 600 block of Monroe Street, Peru, on a warrant for disorderly conduct.

Oct. 3, 11:25 p.m., police arrested Seth P. Bishop, 23, 200 block of Apache Drive, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 9:30 a.m., police arrested Blain O’Neil, 46, 300 block of West 3rd Street, Peru, on charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and invasion of privacy.

Friday, 10:30 a.m., parole officers arrested Ashley Adams, 31, Wabash, on a parole violation warrant.

Friday, 10:40 a.m., deputies arrested Daniel J. Higgingbotham, 26, 4100 block of U.S. 31, Peru, on a court order.

Friday, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Cornelius Hines, 25, Gary, on a court order.

Friday, 9:16 p.m., police arrested Timothy Kinley, 26, Charlesville, Va., on charges of operating while intoxicated refusal and driving while suspended with priors.

Saturday, 10:03 p.m., police arrested Nathan Walters, 29, 1500 block of Forbes Avenue, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication.

Sunday, 2:40 p.m., state police arrested Diana L. Demoss, 31, 1100 block of South Main Street, Kokomo, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Sunday, 6:30 p.m., state police arrested Bard A. Latta, 47, 3000 block of South Wallick Road, Peru, on a charge of intimidation.

Monday, 1:35 a.m., police arrested Frank Zina, 48, 200 block of South Huntington Street, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication.
