Sunday, 4:01 a.m., police arrested Joshua J. Moss, 35, 2700 block of North Washington Street, in the 1800 block of West Madison Street, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 7:15 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph C. Snyder, 25, 200 block of South Howard Street, Greentown, at the Howard County Jail, on a felony charge of aiding, inducing or causing theft.

Sunday, 7:50 p.m., police arrested Shawn M. Trine, 25, Windfall, at Apperson Way and Mulberry Street, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, 10:22 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female, at North and Locke streets, on a disobedience charge.

Sunday, 11:11 p.m., police arrested Jason A. Coonse, 36, 1900 block of Misty Autumn Court, at home, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Sunday, 11:16 p.m., police arrested Delbert Parham, 60, 1000 block of South Elizabeth Street, in the 1900 block of Misty Autumn Court, on a marijuana possession charge.

Monday, 4:08 a.m., deputies arrested Harold E. Popplewell, 59, 2100 block of Cameron Drive, at home, on a felony strangulation charge, and on a domestic battery charge.

Thefts

Wednesday, 9:13 p.m., a robbery of cash was reported in the 1000 block of South Webster Street.

Friday, 1:41 a.m., a theft of stamps and miscellaneous items was reported in the 1500 block of South Plate Street.

Friday, 3:42 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 1400 block of North Webster Street.

Saturday, 2:17 a.m., a robbery of cash and an iPhone was reported at Bradford Run Apartments.

Saturday, 10:32 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 2000 block of North 1000 West.

Saturday, 11:27 p.m., a theft of a Samsung 42-inch television was reported in the 1100 block of East Taylor Street.

Sunday, 10:23 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 1900 block of North Indiana Avenue.

Sunday, 12:27 p.m., a theft of a diamond ring was reported in the 2500 block of Apperson Way North.

Sunday, 7:42 p.m., a theft of items from an outbuilding was reported in the 7500 block of East 50 North.

Sunday, 11:07 p.m., a theft of an Insignia 39-inch television was reported in the 800 block of North Jay Street.
