Arrests

Monday, 11:40 p.m., deputies arrested Derrick Bronson, 19, 700 block of East Jackson Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear, possession of marijuana and never obtaining a driver’s license.

Tuesday, 9:10 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph Harris, 25, Elkhart, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for sexual misconduct with a minor.

Tuesday, 12:05 p.m., deputies arrested Dontaye Davis, 20, 1000 block of West Walnut Street, on a warrant for robbery.

Tuesday, 1:35 p.m., deputies arrested Janzen N. Wimmer, 21, Russiaville, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for burglary.

Tuesday, 1:40 p.m., deputies arrested Richard L. Darter, 48, Cutler, at the Tippecanoe County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Curtis A. Brown, 20, Monticello, at the White County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 7:26 p.m., police arrested Shantel D. McDuffie, 23, and David R. Lawson, 30, both of the 2400 block of North Lafountain Street, at that residence, each on charges of possession of cocaine, illegal drug lab, neglect of a dependent and manufacturing methamphetamines.

Wednesday, 2:15 a.m., police arrested Craig Glass, 48, 1900 block of Chartres Court, at the Howard County jail, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 4:03 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male in the 900 block of South Buckeye Street, on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Ricky L. Patton, 33, 2900 block of Baton Rouge Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for two counts of theft.

Wednesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Angela Trusty, 42, 1000 block of South McCann Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 10:20 a.m., police arrested Dale W. Tabor, 50, 1200 block of North Morrison Street, in the 200 block of South Union Street, on charges of indecent exposure, battery by bodily waste and public intoxication.

Wednesday, 10:31 a.m., police arrested Michael W. Emery, 55, 2500 block of Apperson Way North, in the 200 block of East Jefferson Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 10:39 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 1100 block of East North Street on two counts of battery.

Wednesday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Charles W. Thompson, 41, no address, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for contempt of court.

Wednesday, 6:56 p.m., deputies arrested Jessica Rutherford, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 7:04 p.m., police arrested Austin J. Saylor, 18, 700 block of South Market Street, at Target, 1037 S. Reed Road, on a charge of inhaling toxic vapors, a warrant for failure to appear and a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 7:24 p.m., police arrested Warren N. Dugan, 50, 200 block of North Market Street, at Gano and Union streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 8:11 p.m., police arrested Michael O. Livingston, 40, 700 block of North Union Street, at that residence, on a parole violation.

Thursday, 1:30 a.m., police arrested Jeffery Durbin, 21, Southdowns Drive, at Markland Avenue and Market Street, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Thefts

Tuesday, 9:59 a.m., the theft of tools and general road-side repair equipment valued at between $3,000 and $5,000 was reported from a vehicle at Wilkerson’s Body & Frame, 1299 S. Home Ave.

Tuesday, 9:54 p.m., the theft of a Sig Sauer .22-caliber handgun, a holster and belt clip valued at $349 was reported from the 1400 block of South Washington Street.

Tuesday, 10:29 p.m., the theft of two safes containing cash and two men’s rings valued at $10,600 was reported from the 1100 block of Highland Drive.

Wednesday, 7:52 a.m., the theft of a wallet containing food stamps and cash was reported during a strong-armed robbery in the 1500 block of South Plate Street.

Wednesday, 2:36 p.m., the theft of a metal detector and miscellaneous jewelry valued at $1,000 was reported from the 5600 block of Wigwam Court.

Wednesday, 3:58 p.m., the theft of a laptop computer, a 55-inch TV with surround sound, a PlayStation, a Kindle Fire and CDs were reported from the 2300 east block of 200 North.

Thursday, 2:25 a.m., the theft of three 47-inch TVs and a Dell desk top computer valued at $1,700 was reported from the Brick House, 1900 S. Plate St.

Arrests

Nov. 27, 9:51 p.m., deputies arrested Travis M. Lange, 25, 700 block of Davis Drive, Windfall, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 11:08 a.m., police arrested Paul E. Vasquez, 29, 600 block of Hill Street, Tipton, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 1:29 p.m., deputies arrested Stephanie I. Smith, 21, 700 block of South Independence Street, on charges of battery, interfering with the reporting of a crime and possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 9:42 p.m., deputies arrested Roxanne L. Epperly, 52, 3900 south block of 500 West, Tipton, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 2:52 p.m., police arrested David E. Crews, 43, New Tazwell, Tenn., on a charge of check deception.
