---- — • Jason A. Henderson, 38, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony invasion of privacy, was sentenced to three years with 514 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Rebecca A. Rayne, 27, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony neglect of a dependent and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to five years with 230 days executed and one year with 230 days executed and the balance on probation with the sentences to run concurrently. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well pay court costs and probation fees.

• Cory A. Staley, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony battery, was sentenced to three years executed and pay court costs.

• Jetona Cox, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to an extended 270 days of probation.

• Harley Mayhew, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor theft, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Michael White, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to two years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Erica L. Barnes, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to 18 months with 30 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• James C. Slaughter, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to 18 months with 16 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jessica M. Liamas, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and C misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, was sentenced to two years with 98 days executed and 60 days executed with the sentences to be served concurrently. The balance of the sentences will be served on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Bessie C. Coburn, 38, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of meth and possession of cocaine, was sentenced on each count to 18 months with 16 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Marcus D. Jones, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to three years with 550 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Anthony B. Clark, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Jose Cantu, 27, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Shawn K. Williams, 20, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with eight days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Charles J. Gardner, 59, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• David R. McClure, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Tra Fanroy, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 216 days of his suspended sentence and extended six months of probation.

• Jerry T. Anderson, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 366 days of his suspended sentence and an extended six months of probation.
