Wednesday, 2:58 a.m., deputies arrested Nicolas Chairez, 24, 800 block of South Street, Frankfort, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, dealing in a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth and dealing in meth.

Nov. 6, 8:08 p.m. deputies arrested Zakary J. Steele, 20, 500 block of West 3rd Street, Peru, on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, visiting a common nuisance, possession of precursors and possession of a syringe.

Nov. 6, 8:41 p.m., deputies arrested Penny M. Bailey, 45, 2700 block of Capehart Drive, Peru, on a charge of battery.

Nov. 6, 7:27 p.m., deputies arrested Jami L. Walker, 25, 500 block of West 10th Street, Peru, on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of precursors and possession of a syringe.

Nov. 7, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Harley G. Scott, 19, 1200 block of Chanute Drive, Peru, on a warrant for possession of a synthetic drug.

Nov. 7, 1:25 p.m., deputies arrested Martin C. Capulin, 40, Winamac, on a failure to appear warrant.

Nov. 7, 2:38 p.m., deputies arrested Zachary R. Fink, 25, 500 block of West Payten Street, Greentown, on a warrant for probation violation.

Nov. 7, 3:30 p.m., DNR officers arrested Franklin Moore, 47, and Stephanie Moore, 44, both of the 4100 block of East 850 South, Amboy, on a warrant for public intoxication.

Friday, 4:26 a.m., state police arrested Joshua D. Banks, 28, 600 block of West Foster Street, Kokomo, on a charge of domestic battery.

Friday, 4:31 p.m., deputies arrested Rian J. Davenport, 19, Converse, on a warrant for possession of paraphernalia.

Friday, 4:59 p.m., deputies arrested Bret A. Freeman, 44, 500 block of North Maple Street, Converse, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Friday, 5:47 p.m., deputies arrested Landie L. Davenport Jr., 48, 500 block of North Maple Street, Converse, on a warrant for possession of paraphernalia.

Friday, 6:30 p.m., deputies arrested Kylee J. Yancy, 19, 200 block of West Hanson Street, Converse, on a warrant for possession of paraphernalia.

Saturday, 1:34 a.m., state police arrested Stephanie R. Chumbley, 37, 300 block of South Yorick Street, Denver, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Saturday, 7:04 p.m., deputies arrested Dawn E. Workman, 40, 100 block of 2nd Street, Peru, on a charge of theft.

Sunday, 3:11 a.m., state police arrested Blake Fivecoat, 27, 700 block of South Wabash Street, Kokomo, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal and driving while suspended with priors.
