Friday, 9:17 a.m., police arrested Thomas L. Carrico, 41, 400 block of Rose Drive, in the 1900 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 10:25 a.m., deputies arrested Joshua C. Phillips, 27, Russiaville, at the Hamilton County jail, on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Friday, 12:18 p.m., deputies arrested Melissa R. Booth, 44, 1000 North and 400 West, at that address, on charges of non-compliance with in-home detention and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 1:10 p.m., deputies arrested Hayward Robinson, 65, South Bend, at the Cass County jail, for two charges of failure to appear.

Friday, 1:50 p.m., deputies arrested William Koons, 21, Peru, at the Miami County jail, for failure to appear.

Friday, 2:03 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female, in the 2100 block of North Buckeye Street, for disobedience.

Friday, 5:22 p.m., police arrested Jessica Jenkins, 29, 4500 block of east 200 South, at the intersection of Buckeye and Defenbaugh streets, on two counts of neglect of a dependent and public intoxication.

Friday, 5:43 p.m., police arrested Jeremy Crowder, 35, 600 block of North Main Street, in the 900 block of South Buckeye Street, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Cary D. Miller, 47, 2300 block of Murden Street, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of burglary.

Friday, 6:01 p.m., police arrested Holden R. Hipe, 25, 400 block of West Taylor Street, at the intersection of Taylor and Webster streets, for driving with a suspended license.

Friday, 6:31 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female, in the 900 block of West Havens Street, on charges of disobedience and resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 6:34 p.m., police arrested Mary L. Allman, 39, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, in the 1900 block of Markland Avenue, on a charge of theft.

Friday, 8:50 p.m., police arrested Robert Sprankle, 37, homeless, in the 3500 South Lafountain Street, on a charge of public intoxication.
