Arrests

Monday, 9:50 a.m., deputies arrested David Ray, 41, 2100 block of North Armstrong Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested John G. Keenum, 50, 700 block of North Union Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 11:50 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 2600 block of South 600 West, Russiaville, on charges of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Monday, 11:52 a.m., deputies arrested Logan K. Goad, 25, 300 block of High School Road, Greentown, at the Howard County Jail, on a felony warrant charge of aiding, inducing or causing theft.

Monday, 11:53 a.m., deputies arrested Nicholas J. Miller, 27, 5900 block of Dartmouth Court, at the Howard County Jail, on warrant charges of dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana, and on a felony warrant charge of maintaining a common nuisance.

Monday, 12:36 p.m., deputies arrested Julie A. Harris, 39, 7200 block of 320 South, Russiaville, at home, on two warrant charges of probation violation, one from Marion County and one from Howard County.

Monday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested James A. England, 41, Gary, at the Lake County Jail, on a felony warrant charge of auto theft.

Monday, 3:20 p.m., police arrested Jaquan J. Washington, 21, 1800 block of West Carter Street, at St. Joseph Hospital, on a Texas warrant charge of credit card abuse.

Monday, 3:35 p.m., deputies arrested Elizabeth J. Balser, 29, Windfall, at the Tipton County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 5:11 p.m., police arrested Tina M. Ahnert, 39, 400 block of West Lincoln Road, at home, on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance and a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Monday, 5:11 p.m., police arrested Andrew R. Beal, 35, 400 block of West Lincoln Road, at home, on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 12:31 a.m., police arrested Bobby L. Batchelar, 32, 200 block of East Poplar Street, at Poplar and Market streets, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Tommie Valentine, 44, Memphis, Tenn., at the Vanderburgh County jail, on two warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested Ross Winegardner, 24, 200 block of North Market Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for non-support of a dependent.

Tuesday, 1:40 p.m., deputies arrested Kayla Damalak, 21, Sheridan, at the Hamilton County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 2:45 p.m., police arrested Natasha C. Killebrew, 36, 3000 block of Darwin Lane, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 5:53 p.m., police arrested Shawn R. Unger, 39, 2300 south block of 465 West, at 2350 W. Alto Road, on charges of possession of an illegal drug lab, possession of meth, manufacturing meth and a warrant for attempted purchase of more than 7.2 grams of precursor. Police also arrested Jason R. Hagerty, 41, same address, on charges of possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a day care center, possession of an illegal drug lab, possession of meth, manufacturing meth and a warrant for attempted purchase more than 7.2 grams of precursors.

Tuesday, 7:13 p.m., deputies arrested Ronald F. Gerstorff, 49, Peru, at the Howard/Miami County line, on a warrant for bigamy.

Tuesday, 10:05 p.m., police arrested Markeese McCormick, 21, 1800 block of South Market Street, at that residence, on charges of domestic violence battery, strangulation and animal cruelty.

Wednesday, 1:06 a.m., police arrested Matthew J. McQuiston, 41,l 1200 block of South Purdum Street, in the 800 block of Maumee Drive, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 2:34 a.m., police arrested Shawn E. Richardson, 42, 900 block of Rainbow Circle, at that residence, on charges of domestic violence battery and invasion of privacy.

Thefts

Monday, 8:19 a.m., a theft of copper wire was reported at Menards, 1715 E. Havens St.

Monday, 8:28 a.m., a theft of a central air-conditioning unit was reported at Safeguard Properties, 401 E. Broadway.

Monday, 10:55 a.m., a theft of a fiberglass ladder was reported in the 400 block of East Wheeler Street.

Monday, 12:57 p.m., a theft of an iPod, change, and disc golf equipment was reported in the 800 block of North Philips Street.

Monday, 4:09 p.m., a theft of a mountain bike was reported in the 200 block of West Sycamore Street.

Monday, 5:36 p.m., a theft of a diamond ring and a 42-inch television was reported in the 700 block of West Markland Avenue.

Monday, 10:42 p.m., a theft of a Specialized mountain bike was reported in the 1700 block of West Mulberry Street.

Tuesday, 3 p.m., the theft of cash was reported from the 500 block of East Harrison Street.

Tuesday, 5:50 p.m., the theft of a Xbox with controllers and games and a Nintendo DS valued at $309 was reported from the 100 block of East Center Road.

Arrests

Saturday, 2:54 a.m., deputies arrested Gregory W. Mercer, 51, Cicero, on charges of driving while suspended and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3:36 a.m., deputies arrested Brent A. Camp, 27, Sharpsville, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and obstructing traffic with a motor vehicle.

Tuesday, 6:45 p.m., deputies arrested Glen Michael Leland Lewis, 19, 400 block of North West Street, Tipton, on a charge of false informing.
