Sunday, 11:11 p.m., police arrested Misty M. Hinni, 48, 1900 block of West Murden Street, at Markland Avenue and Berkley Road, on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 11:11 p.m., police arrested Darrell R. Buckley, 32, 700 block of West Foster Street, at Ohio and Taylor streets, on a marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 11:50 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher L. France, 52, 1200 block of North Morrison Street, at the Howard County jail, on a felony warrant charge of conspiracy to deal methamphetamine.

Monday, 12:48 a.m., deputies arrested Herman F. Hyde, 59, 1100 block of Miller Street, in the 2800 block of East 100 South, on a felony charge of attempted residential entry, and on a public intoxication charge.

Monday, 8 a.m., deputies arrested Robert D. Carter, 22, 500 block of South 950 West, Russiaville, in the 3600 block of West Sycamore Road, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Chasity J. Soos, 26, 900 block of North Main Street, at home, on a warrant for a contempt charge.

Monday, 3:10 p.m., police arrested Brian C. Moore, 34, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at home, on a warrant charge of failure to appear and on a body attachment.

Monday, 3:32 p.m., police arrested Josh G. Sturgell, 26, 1700 block of North Webster Street, at home, on a warrant charge of petition to revoke.

Monday, 4:50 p.m., deputies arrested Juan L. Parker, 41, 3800 block of South Webster Street, at the Howard County jail, on two warrant charges of failure to appear.

Monday, 8:07 p.m., police arrested Kathy L. Gibson, 44, 1400 block of North Leeds Street, at Tate and McCann streets, on charges of driving while suspended and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 12:55 p.m., deputies arrested Kendall Mayfield, 22, 300 block of East Carter Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for trespass and criminal mischief.

Tuesday, 1 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Markland Avenue and Leeds Street, on a charge of runaway.

Tuesday. 2:28 p.m., police arrested Damarius C. Holland, 18, 600 block of East Mulberry Street, at Sears, 1235 S. Reed Road, on a charge of theft.

Tuesday, 2:57 p.m., deputies arrested Erica Reynolds, 29, 1100 block of Pinoak Drive, at that residence, on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear.

Tuesday, 3:23 p.m., police arrested Barbara L. Kittle, 59, 3100 block of Timber Valley Drive, in the 900 block of Gulf Shore Boulevard, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 3:58 p.m., police arrested Nathan Brandon, 38, 1900 block of South LaFountain Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 4:26 p.m., deputies arrested Geramie R. Young, 28, 600 block of Harvey Drive, Greentown, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 5:01 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of disobedience.

Tuesday, 6:14 p.m., police arrested Jesus X. Ramirez, 51, 600 block of East Sycamore Street, at Apperson Way and Jefferson Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 10:53 p.m., deputies arrested Tyler J. Degenkolb, 18, 300 block of Ivy Drive, at Western High School, 2600 South 600 West, each on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. Deputies also arrested Austin Ridenour, 18, 9200 west block 300 South, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 4:24 p.m., police arrested Randall E. Mitchell, 28, 1600 block of South Plate Street, at Home Avenue and Hoffer Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Thefts

Friday, 5:28 a.m., a robbery of keys and a cellphone was reported in the 700 block of West Monroe Street.

Friday, 8:07 a.m., a theft of a DVR was reported at Speedway Ready Mix, 1797 E. Havens St.

Friday, 2:25 p.m., a theft of cash was reported at Sears, 1235 S. Reed Road.

Friday, 5:10 p.m., a theft of class rings and coins was reported in the 500 block of Sundown Drive.

Saturday, 5:47 p.m., a theft of two televisions and a laptop computer was reported in the 1000 block of North Leeds Street.

Saturday, 8:19 p.m., a theft of three Canon cameras was reported at Best Buy, 1403 S. Reed Road.

Sunday, 6:09 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 9300 block of East 400 North.

Monday, 11:21 a.m., a theft of a bike was reported in the 400 block of East Ricketts Street.

Monday, 12:51 p.m., a theft from a shed was reported in the 900 block of South 300 West.

Monday, 2:10 p.m., a theft of a laptop computer was reported in the 3700 block of South Reed Road.

Monday, 2:20 p.m., the theft of a 2002 gray Ford Taurus valued at $6,800 was reported from the 600 block of East Walnut Street.

Monday, 5:15 p.m., a theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Doud Drive.

Tuesday, 12:30 p.m., the theft of a 9mm Taurus handgun, two electric helicopters and checks were reported from a vehicle in the 900 block of North Morrison Street.

Tuesday, 4:21 p.m., the theft of a .45-caliber Glock handgun and a fire safe valued at $883 was reported from the 900 block of Olds Drive.

Tuesday, 6:43 p.m., the theft of a HTC Inspire cellphone and an iPod Touch and case valued at $750 was reported from Kokomo Beach, 820 S. Park Ave.

Wednesday, 12:48 a.m., the theft of two bags containing $3,000 was reported from Big Daddy’s, 1503 Davis Road.
