Arrests

Wednesday, 2:27 p.m., police arrested Dillon L. Rush, 22, 700 block of East Mulberry Street, at Jefferson and Market streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:39 p.m., police arrested Buffy J. Lewis, 37, 600 block of South McCann Street, at that residence, on a warrant for noncompliance.

Wednesday, 4:18 p.m., police arrested Andrew T. Wise, 28, 900 block of West Taylor Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 6:22 p.m., deputies arrested Darrell Peoples, 53, 1200 block of South Waugh Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for residential entry.

Wednesday, 6:42 p.m., deputies arrested Tiffany R. Cox, 27, 800 block of North Jay Street, at 11000 W. 124 North, on a charge of trespass.

Wednesday, 8:02 p.m., police arrested Richard R. Brown, 41, 1200 block of East Taylor Street, at the Kokomo Police Department, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 8:06 p.m., police arrested David M. Miller, 43, 400 block of West Taylor Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 9:13 p.m., police arrested Byron N. Rhodes, 54, 1100 block of North Burke Street, in the 2400 block of North Locke Street, on charges of domestic violence battery, strangulation and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Wednesday, 9:31 p.m., police arrested Ami D. Ramer, 34, 3000 block of Mayfair Drive, at Spraker and Lindsay streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 10:26 p.m., police arrested Andrew N. Lalonde, 31, 2000 block of North Buckeye Street, at Tate and Buckeye streets, on charges of resisting law enforcement, habitual traffic offender and reckless driving.

Thefts

Monday, 11:21 a.m., a theft of a bike was reported in the 400 block of East Ricketts Street.

Monday, 12:51 p.m., a theft from a shed was reported in the 900 block of South 300 West.

Monday, 2:10 p.m., a theft of a laptop computer was reported in the 3700 block of South Reed Road.
