Monday, 12:11 a.m., police arrested Ernest D. Ryan, 57, 2200 block of North Webster Street, at Washington and Gano streets, on felony charges of driving as a habitual traffic violator, possession of a syringe, possession of a controlled substance (three counts) and possession of methamphetamine.

Monday, 1:13 a.m., police arrested Brooke R. Lawhead, 30, 1200 block of South Union Street, at Washington and Morgan streets, on two counts of operating while intoxicated.

Monday, 1:33 a.m., police arrested Michael L. Shepard, 26, 2300 block of Pinehurst Lane, at U.S. 31 and Ind. 18, on felony charges of resisting law enforcement, illegal drug lab and receiving stolen property.

Monday, 5:05 a.m., police arrested Franklin D. Wilcox, 30, 2300 block of West Jefferson Street, at Walnut and Washington streets, on a body attachment warrant.

Thefts

Friday, 8:56 a.m., a theft of photographs was reported at Pizza King, 3017 S. LaFountain St.

Friday, 11:10 a.m., a theft of copper wire, tubing and baseboard heaters was reported in the 1700 block of Apperson Way North.

Friday, 7:27 p.m., thefts of items totaling $2,680 were reported in two locations, the 800 block of South Locke Street and the 800 block of South Waugh Street.

Saturday, 8:08 a.m., a theft of a 24-inch, red, three-wheel bike was reported in the 600 block of East Vaile Avenue.

Saturday, 7:29 p.m., a theft of a High Point .40 caliber handgun was reported in the 1700 block of North LaFountain Street.

Saturday, 11:13 p.m., a theft of a wallet was reported in the 1200 block of South Union Street.

Sunday, 5:13 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 600 block of Southlea Drive. A flat-screen television and an Xbox game were reported stolen.

June 10, 3:30 p.m., police arrested Curtis W. Wilson, 26, 30 block of Astrup Drive, Peru, on a probation violation warrant.

June 10, 4:55 p.m., state police arrested Charlene N. Smith, 24, 13000 block of South 700 East, Galveston, on a warrant for operating while intoxicated.
