Arrests

Saturday, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Jeremy J. Titus, 39, Kiln, Miss., at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Saturday, 5:10 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 1600 block of North Buckeye Street, on charges of illegal consumption, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Saturday, 3:01 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher M. Hunter, 39, 600 block of Marsha Court, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Saturday, 3:57 p.m., police arrested Richard S. Sims, 33, 1300 block of North Lindsay Street, at Markland Avenue and Park Road, on a felony charge of possession of a legend drug and on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Saturday, 8:26 p.m., deputies arrested Opal A. Hines, 44, 2200 block of Olds Court, at the Howard County jail, on felony charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a legend drug, and on a charge of paraphernalia possession.

Saturday, 11:50 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 900 block of South Washington Street, on a paraphernalia possession charge.

Sunday, 1:05 a.m., police arrested Ralph B. McCartney, 50, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at Lincoln Road and U.S. 31, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 2:07 a.m., police arrested Darian Stevens, 20, 1400 block of North Wabash Avenue, at home, on charges of illegal consumption and disorderly conduct.

Sunday, 4:27 a.m., police arrested Lewis S. Campbell III, 22, 1200 block of South Waugh Street, in the 900 block of South Buckeye Street, on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 4:42 a.m., police arrested Joshua L. Stucker, 33, 5900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, in the 1100 block of Home Avenue, on a public intoxication charge.

Sunday, 10:56 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male, in the 5000 block of Council Ring Boulevard, on charges of battery and disobedience.

Sunday, 3:30 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, on a runaway charge.

Sunday, 3:34 p.m., police arrested Kenneth D. Evans, 59, 600 block of East Taylor Street, at Richmond and Delphos streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Sunday, 4:19 p.m., police arrested Christopher E. Dillman, 39, 800 block of East Gano Street, in the 2100 block of North Philips Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 7:49 p.m., police arrested Jackee Malone, 23, 800 block of Rainbow Drive, in the 2400 block of South Reed Road, on a body attachment charge.

Sunday, 9:04 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female, in the 1200 block of West Havens Street, on a felony criminal recklessness charge.

Monday, 8 a.m., deputies arrested Sean A. Stone, 30, Rochester, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 10:45 a.m., deputies arrested Joel A. Brown, 29, Indianapolis, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 1:20 p.m., deputies arrested Misty Dulbeck, 38, Corydon, at the Harrison County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 1:34 p.m., deputies arrested Kathy R. Cook, 38, 9600 west block of 400 North, in the 3500 block of South Lafountain Street, on a charge of assisting a criminal.

Monday, 7:42 p.m., police arrested Joseph M. Misock, 42, 1400 block of North McCann Street, in the 100 block of East North Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. Police also arrested Michelle J. Lytle, 43, same address, on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 8:06 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 700 block of East Broadway Street on a charge of battery.

Monday, 8:26 p.m., deputies arrested Zachary M. Ancil, 24, 800 block of South Plate Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Monday, 8:36 p.m., police arrested a 9-year-old male in the 2800 block of Heritage Drive, on a charge of disobedience.

Monday, 10:59 p.m., police arrested Teresa M. Marner, 42, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on charges of public intoxication and neglect of a dependent.

Monday, 11:44 p.m., police arrested Aundris L. Stout, 36, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at that residence, on a Cass County warrant.

Monday, 11:57 p.m., deputies arrested Jon D. Thompson Jr., 19, 2900 north block of 450 West, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 1:51 a.m., police arrested Carl T. Harrison, 31, 1700 block of North Locke Street, in the 1800 block of Cadillac Court, on charges of burglary, residential entry and domestic battery.

Tuesday, 8:40 a.m., police arrested Dru E. Donovan, 19, 600 block of South Main Street, at that residence, on charges of illegal consumption of alcohol and battery.

Tuesday, 12:02 p.m., police arrested Joshua C. Phillips, 27, 3800 west block of 200 South, Russiaville, in the 600 block of Southlea Drive, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 6:22 p.m., police arrested Shanika M. Smith, 27, and Yolanda R. Twitty, 30, both of the 900 block of North Webster Street, at that residence, each on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, 9:35 p.m., police arrested Samantha Mansfield, 20, 2200 block of Canterbury Drive, at that residence, on a Monroe County warrant.

Wednesday, 1:22 a.m., police arrested Ashley N. Vanness, 19, 900 block of South Locke Street, at Webster and Harrison streets, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and illegal consumption.

Wednesday, 2:26 a.m., police arrested Brycen Strong, 20, 2000 block of Olds Drive, in the 2500 block of Balmoral Drive, on warrants for failure to appear, theft and trespass.

Wednesday, 2:38 p.m., police arrested Bryan J. McDaniel, 38, 1000 block of Moccasin Trail, at Purdum and Havens streets, on a body attachment warrant.

Thefts

Friday, 9:24 a.m., the theft of a vehicle and outdoor furniture was reported in the 7900 block of 00 North/South.

Friday, 11:05 a.m., a theft of a ladder and two air conditioning units was reported in the 2400 block of North Webster Street.

Friday, 4:35 p.m., the theft of copper and wiring was reported in the 500 block of South 300 East.

Friday, 5:37 p.m., a theft of a purse and miscellaneous items was reported at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave.

Saturday, 9:47 a.m., a theft of jewelry and cash was reported in the 1600 block of South Union Street.

Saturday, 12:48 p.m., a theft of a 2008 Chevy Silverado maroon-colored pickup truck was reported from Bart’s Car Sales, 637 S. Reed Road.

Saturday, 1:37 p.m., a theft of cash and a 50-inch television was reported in the 600 block of North Korby Street.

Saturday, 1:59 p.m., a theft of jewelry, a guitar and swords was reported in the 700 block of East Jefferson Street.

Saturday, 8:21 p.m., a theft of $200 in groceries was reported at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave.

Sunday, noon, a theft of a 42-inch plasma television, an Xbox 360, a safe and tools was reported in the 400 block of South Main Street.

Sunday, 1 p.m., the theft of cash was reported from Little Daddy’s, 1527 S. Home Ave.

Monday, 12:32 p.m., the theft of a wallet and contents was reported from the 900 block of South Purdum Street.

Monday, 1 p.m., the theft of a studio microphone, a mixing board and cable valued at $630 was reported from the 400 block of South Main Street.

Monday, 2:21 p.m., the theft of a red Weber gas grill,  a trim nailer and a table saw valued $1,730 was reported from the 400 block of South Armstrong Street.

Monday, 4:34 p.m., the theft of a large fire extinguisher was reported from Grindstone Charlies, 3830 S. Lafountain Street.

April 15, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Michael A. Ratcliff, 41, Fort Wayne, on a failure to appear warrant.

April 15, 10:50 p.m., deputies arrested Richard D. Williams, 32, Elkhart, on charges of battery, false informing and a petition to revoke warrant.

April 16, 1:44 a.m., police arrested Jeremy M. Goshert, 36, 2900 block of South 300 West, Peru, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors.

April 16, 1:30 p.m., police arrested Cristopher Sharp, 37, 100 block of North Fremont Street, Peru, on a violation of parole warrant.

April 16, 8:40 p.m., deputies arrested Robert Elliott, 40, 200 block of South Water Street, Bunker Hill, on a charge of habitual traffic violator life.

April 16, 10:35 p.m., police arrested Ashely N. Crowe, 30, 10 block of East Franklin Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of paraphernalia and a body attachment warrant.

April 16, 11:13 p.m., police arrested Trevor G. Crowe, 18, 1400 block of South Strawtown Pike, Peru, and Christopher Brummitt, 18, 3200 block of Schilling Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

April 17, 3:06 a.m., deputies arrested John F. Stevens Jr., 39, 600 block of West 2nd Street, Peru, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Thursday, 11:10 a.m., state police arrested Russell S. Friend, 39, 600 block of Tyler Avenue, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal.

Thursday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Shaun A. Smith, 30, Watseka, Ill., on a warrant for child support.

Thursday, 10:45 p.m., police arrested Mark A. Shuey, 44, 100 block of West Warren Street, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication.

Friday, 12:35 p.m., deputies arrested Cory E. Wahl, 31, Michigan City, on a court order.

Friday, 2:20 p.m., police arrested Walter E. Orpurt, 43, 1600 block of North Ind. 19, Peru, on a charge of attempted obstruction of justice.

Saturday, 10:55 p.m., state police arrested Christopher Porter, Elkhart, on a probation violation warrant.

Sunday, 12:05 p.m., police arrested Jessica M. Butzin, 33, 60 block of South Wabash Street, Peru, on a charge of domestic battery.

Sunday, 7 p.m., deputies arrested Samuel A. Norman, 19, 1100 block of North Lincoln Street, Peru, on charges of operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Sunday, 7:14 p.m., state police arrested Christopher King, 21, Indianapolis, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Monday, 2:03 a.m., police arrested Joshua E. Pike, 36, 90 block of George Street, Peru, on warrants for dealing meth, possession of meth, possession of a syringe and paraphernalia.

Monday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Scott Croxford, 49, 1800 block of West Reed Street, Miami, on charge of habitual traffic violator life.

Monday, 1:55 p.m. , deputies arrested Stacy Williams, 40, Indianapolis, on a warrant for trafficking with an inmate.

Monday, 3:45 p.m., police arrested Tony L. Camden, 37, 500 block of East 3rd Street, Peru, on a charge of habitual traffic violator.

Monday, 6:07 p.m., police arrested Mindy M. Childers, 44, 2000 block of East 250 North, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 7:50 p.m., police arrested Samuel D. Davis, 45, 100 block of East Franklin Street, Peru, on a parole violation warrant.

Monday, 8:05 p.m., police arrested Benjamin D. Davis, 21, 600 block of Tyler Avenue, Peru, on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a syringe.

Monday, 9:05 p.m., police arrested Hogan A. Moss, 22, 100 block of West 3rd Street, Bunker Hill, on a charge of domestic battery in front of a minor.

Tuesday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Douglas Newman, 51, 30 block of North Union Street, Peru, on a warrant for non-support.
