Arrests

Friday, 11:33 a.m., deputies arrested Erica L. Barnes, 25, 1200 block of East Firmin Street, at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center, 1800 W. Markland Ave., on a warrant for body attachment.

Friday, 11:37 a.m., deputies arrested Bruce A. Tharp, 46, 800 block of North Main Street, at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Friday, 11:54 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan M. Colburn, 31, 5700 block of Seneca Trail, at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Friday, 3:54 p.m., deputies arrested Brianna Craig, 23, 900 block of North 600 West, at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center, on a warrant for non-compliance.

Friday, 4:26 p.m., deputies arrested Jason D. Paul, 33, 700 block of North Indiana Avenue, at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Friday, 4:57 p.m., deputies arrested Jeammie Hawkins, 48, 2900 block of South Sharon Drive, at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Friday, 7:53 p.m. police took into custody at the Kokomo Police Department a 14-year-old male runaway.

Friday, 11:09 p.m., police arrested Corey V. Allen, 27, Maywood, Illinois, at Park Avenue and Washington Street, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 12:37 a.m., deputies arrested Roy G. Sanders, 34, in Russiaville, on a felony charge of domestic battery.

Saturday, 3:11 p.m., police arrested Tamika C. Logsdon, 28, 1200 block of South Jay Street, at Hoffer and Delphos streets, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license.

Saturday, 3:12 p.m., police arrested Marshanna D. Oates, 26, 400 block of East Richmond Street, at Hoffer Street and Indiana 931, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license.

Saturday, 4:42 a.m., deputies arrested Mutee Burnett, 31, on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated with a prior conviction and charges of operating while intoxicated, endangering, and public intoxication, following a traffic stop.

Saturday, 6:50 p.m., deputies arrested Candice N. Cooper, 29, Greentown, at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center, 1800 W. Markland Ave., on a warrant for body attachment.

Saturday, 8:56 p.m., police arrested Monty G. Querry, 46, 1200 block of West Richmond Street, at West Elm and North Buckeye streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 10:55 p.m., police arrested Christopher T. Kwiek, 28, 400 block of North Indiana Avenue, at Markland Avenue and Apperson Way, on a charge of driving while suspended and a warrant for non-support.

Saturday, 11:32 p.m., police arrested Keyonna Q. Maddox, 30, 900 block of East Jefferson Street, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Sunday, 11:59 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a hit-and-run accident on Indiana 931, south of County Road West 400 South.

Sunday, 4:55 p.m., police arrested Michael E. Shorter, 46, 2500 block of North Apperson Way, at East Hoffer and South Purdum streets, on charges of driving while suspended and never obtaining a driver’s license.

Sunday, 7:13 p.m., police arrested Brian J. Griffin, 41, 300 block of North Webster Street, at that residence, on a Class D felony charge of residential entry.

Sunday, 11:21 p.m., deputies arrested a 17-year-old male on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, following a traffic stop.

Sunday, 11:53 p.m., police arrested Thomas E. Preer, 26, 1200 block of North Apperson Way, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 3:32 a.m., police arrested Joshua J. Weese, 25, 1200 block of North Morrison Street, at North Apperson Way and East Gano Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts/burglaries

Friday, 1:31 p.m., the theft of a 2005 silver Dodge Caravan was reported from the 300 block of South 00 East West.

Friday, 2:02 p.m, the theft of $850 in cash and $750 in money from a debit card was reported from the 800 block of East Hoffer Street.

Friday, 10:59 p.m., the theft of a Samsung Galaxy phone worth $500 was reported from the 4000 block of South Lafountain Street.

Saturday, 5:15 a.m., the theft of an iPhone worth $650 was reported from an unknown location.

Saturday, 8:57 p.m., the theft of a gray and white Shih Tzu dog worth $450 was reported from Circle K, 1800 E. Markland Ave.

Sunday, 6:42 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 700 block of East Fisher Street. A 2006 green Tank Urban Scooter valued at $800 was reported stolen, along with two five-gallon gas cans and a silver helmet.

Sunday, 12:30 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 1000 block of South Main Street. About $100 worth of Dewalt tools was reported stolen.

Sunday, 2:03 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 300 block of West 400 South. A total of $8,000 worth of items was stolen, including an Insignia LED TV, an Xbox 360, four jewelry boxes, a fire-proof safe, two change boxes, five watches, three knives, Nintendo games and rolls of wheat pennies.

Sunday, 5:07 p.m., the theft of an iPhone valued at $200, a charger worth $15 and $45 in cash was reported at Best Buy, 1403 S. Reed Rd.

Sunday, 7:15 p.m., the theft of an item from a yard in the 900 block of Bellevue Place was reported.

Sunday, 8:40 p.m., the theft of two gold rings with diamonds valued at $4,500 was reported in the 500 block of Albany Drive.
