Wednesday, 8:45 a.m., deputies arrested Ann L. Manier, 46, 900 block of Laguna Street, at the Courthouse, on a hold for Starke County.

Wednesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Aaron A. Decker, 27, Plymouth, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for domestic battery.

Wednesday, 2:15 p.m., deputies arrested Dawn M. Jarvis, 31, 500 block of Sundown Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 9:22 a.m., deputies arrested Marcus M. Robinson, 25, 1900 block of Madison Court, at the Courthouse, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 11:05 a.m., deputies arrested Justin R. Blankenship, 27, Peru, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 2:15 p.m., police arrested Robert A. Spartley, 25, 1700 block of North Philips Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 3:07 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Foster Park on charges of runaway and illegal consumption and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Thursday, 4:04 p.m., police arrested Demetri Cosley, 31, 1800 block of South Market Street, at Home Avenue and Hoffer Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 7:50 p.m., police arrested David W. Levine, 32, 1300 block of East Alto Road, in the 600 block of South Reed Road, on charges of mischief and intimidation.

Thursday, 11:37 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male in the 300 block of West Monroe Street, on a charge of runaway.

Friday, 12:45 a.m., deputies arrested Tracy L. Macaluso, 48, 1400 block of West Mulberry Street, at Markland Avenue and Park Road, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 5:57 a.m., police arrested Brenton J. Ferguson, 27, 1100 block of East Walnut Street, at Market and Taylor streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.


Thursday, 11:44 a.m., the theft of a Briggs & Stratton push mower valued at $250 was reported from the 600 block of South Jay Street.

Thursday, 2:16 p.m., the theft of a 42-inch TV and a Gateway computer valued at $1,900 was reported from the 1100 block of South Washington Street.

Thursday, 6:16 p.m., the theft of a Xbox game system, wireless controllers and a gold condenser microphone totaling $575 was reported from the 400 block of South Armstrong Street.
