Arrests

Friday, 4:23 a.m., police arrested Kirk A. Harris, 37, 2500 block of West Boulevard, at that residence, on a warrant for three counts of residential entry and a warrant for strangulation, theft and domestic battery.

Friday, 12:50 p.m., deputies arrested Michael A. Beavers, 33, Harvey, Illinois, at the Lake County jail, on a failure to appear warrant.

Friday, 1 p.m., police arrested Shannon N. Stiner, 39, Logansport, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a Class D felony charge of theft.

Friday, 1:49 p.m., deputies arrested Michael A. Fawbush, 41, Indianapolis, at the Miami County jail, on a failure to appear warrant.

Friday, 2:27 p.m., deputies arrested Michael T. Wilson, 36, 1600 block of East Wheeler Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Richard Lee Mitchell II, 41, 500 block of East Walnut Street, Greentown, at the Miami County jail, on two failure to appear warrants.

Friday, 3:15 p.m., police arrested Sidney W. Jones, 58, 700 block of North Union Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:45 p.m., deputies arrested Brittany M. Laswon, 19, 1400 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Friday, 5:08 p.m., police arrested Essence D. Williams, 19, 1300 block of North Bell Street, at North Market and East North streets, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 6:08 p.m., police arrested Dionna Carter, 18, 300 block of West Harrison Street, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on a charge of trespassing.

Friday, 6:25 p.m., police arrested Leallen R. Lovegrove, 24, 5200 block of Council Ring Boulevard, in the 700 block of South Armstrong Street, on a warrant for body attachment.

Friday, 10:47 p.m., police arrested Shannon D. Mundell, 43, 500 block of South Wabash Street, at West Superior and South Washington streets, on two counts of operating while intoxicated.
