Howard County

Arrests

Tuesday, 11:04 a.m., deputies arrested James R. Shepard Jr., 32, 7000 west and 600 North, at 1400 East and 00 North-South, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 11:33 a.m., police arrested Robert E. Hunter II, 31, 400 block of West Sycamore Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke and failure to register as a sex offender.

Tuesday, 11:35 a.m., deputies arrested Brian L. Tuttle, 41, Indianapolis, at the Hendricks County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 12:50 p.m., police arrested Joe Grainger, 29, 200 block of North Berkley Road, at Superior and Main streets, on two warrants for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 3:33 p.m., police arrested Ashley M. Carter, 29, 300 west block of 400 South, at Gano Street and Apperson Way, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 5:35 p.m., deputies arrested Arianne Durbin, 24, 10000 west block of 100 South, Russiaville, on a warrant for petition to revoke and a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 7:06 p.m., police arrested Christopher Crumbley, 27, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, in the 2400 block of North Locke Street, on a charge of possession of meth and two body attachment warrants.

Tuesday, 7:29 p.m., police arrested Martin A. Wilson, 26, 800 block of Harvest Drive, in the 2000 block of North Bell Street, on four warrants for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:50 p.m., police arrested Brian M. Cunningham, 30, 3100 block of Matthew Drive, at Home Avenue and Hoffer Street, on a Tippecanoe County warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 1:11 a.m., police arrested Daniel T. Wagner, 38, 600 block of West Lincoln Road, at Wheeler and Firmin streets, on charges of driving while suspended, resisting law enforcement, possession of cocaine, battery on a police officer and obstruction of justice.

Thefts

Monday, 9:21 a.m., the theft of a 2002 black GMC Sonoma was reported from the 900 block of East Sycamore Street.

Tuesday, 7:06 a.m., the theft of cash and a 40-inch flat screen TV was reported from Mr. Fireworks, 1244 E. Gano Street.
