Wednesday, 2:20 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph A. Geary, 28, 1300 block of Cadillac Drive East, at the Jay County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:03 a.m.., police arrested Joshua J. Bagwell, 29, 2100 block of East Center Road, at Superior Street and Apperson Way, on a charge of public intoxication.
Thursday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Tammy K. Walker, 49, 1000 block of South Elizabeth Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for four counts of theft.
Thursday, 2:37 p.m., police arrested William Hunter, 36, 1700 block of Buick Lane, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of resisting law enforcement and a warrant for receiving stolen property and possession of a handgun by a felon.

Thursday, 4:03 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on a charge of conversion and receiving stolen property. Police also arrested a 17-year-old male at that location on a charge of conversion.
