Howard County

Saturday, 10:41 p.m., police arrested Dylan R. Piker, 20, 300 block of West Morgan Street, in the 200 block of East Southway Boulevard, on charges of public intoxication and illegal consumption.

Saturday, 10:48 p.m., police arrested Steven A. Osbon, 41, Tipton, at Monroe and Washington streets, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 1:21 a.m., deputies arrested Tyler R. Meoak, 21, Lafayette, at the Grant County/Howard County line, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 3:16 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female, at Jefferson Street and Wabash Avenue, on an illegal consumption charge.

Sunday, 3:16 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, at Jefferson Street and Wabash Avenue, on charges of illegal consumption and resisting law enforcement, and on a felony charge of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle.

Sunday, 4:37 p.m., police arrested Hakim Burnett Jr., 18, 700 block of North Bell Street, at Markland Avenue and Plate Street, on charges of hit/skip and illegal consumption.

Sunday, 6:02 a.m., police arrested Tyrone J. Cannon, 39, 1900 block of North McCann Street, at State and Waugh streets, on a felony cocaine possession charge, and on a petition to revoke.

Sunday, 7:19 a.m., police arrested Daniel L. Bruce, 31, 700 block of Menomenee Court, at Lincoln Road and Wabash Avenue, on charges of operating while intoxicated and speed contest.

Sunday, 5:17 p.m., police arrested Shawnacy Carter, 41, 1100 block of South Buckeye Street, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 8:49 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 2500 block of Apperson Way North, on a disobedience charge.

Sunday, 10:58 p.m., police arrested Robert W. Small, 35, 1200 block of South Jay Street, in the 2300 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of driving while suspended and possession of a handgun without a license.

Monday, 1:37 p.m., police arrested Darrell L. Worrell, 36, 1000 block of East Dixon Street, on a warrant for disorderly conduct and false informing.

Monday, 3:40 p.m., deputies arrested Alexis Dunn, 26, Peru, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 4:20 p.m., deputies arrested Shaun E. Chance, 42, 700 block of South Brandon Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 7:28 p.m., deputies arrested Jesus Villanueva, 39, 2500 block of Acorn Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 8:20 p.m., deputies arrested Melody A. Jones, 32, Peru, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 8:30 p.m., deputies arrested Michael L. White, 26, 1300 east block of 400 South, Oakford, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 12:10 a.m., police arrested James D. Gunter, 20, 1800 block of West Carter Street, at Carter Street and Orchard Lane, on two body attachment warrants.

Tuesday, 2:14 a.m., police arrested Johnny D. Deberry, 57, 1700 block of Columbus Boulevard, at Jefferson and Korby streets, on charges of never obtaining a driver’s license, invasion of privacy, domestic violence battery, intimidation and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 3:40 a.m., police arrested Perry A. Reyes, 20, 1800 block of West Carter Street, at that residence, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Thefts

Thursday, 1:24 p.m., a theft of clothes and CDs was reported in the 500 block of Bradford Circle.

Friday, 7 a.m., a theft of two televisions was reported in the 2600 block of North Washington Street.

Friday, 7:21 a.m., a theft of power tools was reported from a job site at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road.

Friday, 10:08 a.m., a theft of a Motorola cellphone was reported in the 100 block of North Washington Street.

Friday, 4:32 p.m., a theft of an iPad was reported in the 700 block of South McCann Street.

Sunday, 11:02 a.m., a theft of tools was reported in the 100 block of Orchard Lane.

Sunday, 1 p.m., a theft of shirts was reported in the 600 block of Korby Lane.

Sunday, 6:47 p.m., a theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 100 block of Orchard Lane.

Sunday, 11:15 p.m., a theft of an Xbox game system was reported in the 800 block of South Locke Street.

Monday, 9:22 a.m., the theft of a wallet and cash was reported from the 400 block of Rainbow Drive.

Monday, 11:30 a.m., the theft of a maroon 1995 Chevy truck valued at $700 was reported from the 1100 block of South Elizabeth Street.

Monday, 5:54 p.m., the theft of a black and silver 2009 JCL mo-ped valued at $1,000 was reported from the 2900 block of Sheila Drive.

Tuesday, 2:14 a.m., the theft of a blue Tao-Tao mo-ped valued at $500 was reported from the 500 block of West Spraker Street.
