---- — • Tavaris M. Greene, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 72 days of his previously suspended sentence and six months of probation.

• Curtis L. Shelby II, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 180 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Bryon Meoak, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence and non-compliance, was sentenced to 210 days of his previously suspended sentence and returned to in-home detention.

• Kevin P. Bergin, 46, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony operating a vehicle while a habitual traffic offender, was sentenced to three years with one year in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jessica Deaton, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to eight months of his suspended sentence.

• Brittney Frazier, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 228 days of her suspended sentence and an additional four months of probation.

• Jordan McCarty, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 170 days of his suspended sentence and an additional three months probation.

• Lauren M. Huestis, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 260 days of her suspended sentence.

• Todd L. Williams, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement, was sentenced on each count to one year with 74 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he return to Howard Regional Support Group and pay court costs and probation fees.

• Justin Harrington, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 158 days of his suspended sentence and an additional 180 days of probation.

• Carl T. Harrison, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, was sentenced to one year, all executed in jail, and pay restitution and court costs. The sentence was ordered to run consecutively with three petition to revoke a suspended sentence convictions.

• Eva L. Isenhower, was convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 235 days of her suspended sentence and returned to in-home detention.

• Jorge L. Cardoza, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 180 days of his suspended sentence and returned to probation.

• Robyn A. Chesser, 44, , convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and a Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to 18 months with 74 days in jail, and the balance on probation; and one year with 74 days in jail and the balance on probation. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Stevie White Sr., 41, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony possession of cocaine, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to eight years with 5 ½ years executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation; three years with 183 days in-home detention and the balance on probation; and one year suspended. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Zachary Herschberger, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation and one year suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Christopher Roller, 32, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony failure to register as a sex offender, was sentenced to 18 months, all executed, and pay court costs.

• Karlie M. Anderson, 20, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year suspended to be served on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Stacia D. Johnson, 19, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, was sentenced to one year with three days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs, probation fees and make a substantial effort in earning her GED or getting her high school diploma.
