Arrests

Friday, 3:51 a.m., police arrested Rodney S. Ashbrook, 45, 1000 block of Clark Street, in the 2400 block of North Davis Road, on a charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic offender.

Thefts

Thursday, 8:10 a.m., the theft of a laptop computer and computer bag valued at $610 was reported from the 700 block of Marsha Drive.

Thursday, 8:12 a.m., the theft of a cell phone and Galaxy Note Pad valued at $600 was reported from the 3000 block of Field Drive.

Thursday, 11:16 a.m., the theft of an orange Tao-Tao mo-ped valued at $1,000 was reported from the 800 block of South Diamond Street.

Thursday, 2:33 p.m., the theft of a Honda 5.5 horsepower engine valued at $2,300 was reported from the 800 block of South Main Street.

Thursday, 4:31 p.m., the theft of miscellaneous clothes valued at $300 was reported from Old Navy, 1111 S. Reed Road.

Tipton County

Arrests

Friday, 8:16 p.m., deputies arrested Michael A. Wardlow, 55, South Bend, on charges of driving while suspended and possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 3:59 p.m., police arrested Joshua S. Borum, 28, 300 west block of 300 South, Kokomo, on charges of possession of marijuana and public intoxication.
