Arrests

Friday, 9:10 a.m., police arrested Steven C. Turner, 48, 1600 block of North Wabash Avenue, at home, on a domestic battery charge.

Friday, 3:43 p.m., police arrested Cynthia L. Jackson, 32, 1200 block of South 17th Street, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 3:44 p.m., deputies arrested Tabitha M. Walker, 22, Delaware, Ohio, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 11:20 p.m., police arrested James S. Philapy, 30, 1700 block of North Purdum Street, at Markland Avenue and Washington Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Saturday, 1:36 a.m., deputies arrested Michael R. Williams, 24, 4600 block of East 400 South, at home, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Saturday, 3:09 a.m., state police arrested Erik M. Day, 22, Tipton, at Southway Boulevard and Melody Lane, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3:54 a.m., police arrested Jeffery R. Oakley Jr., 45, 700 block of East Hoffer Street, in the 200 block of East Lincoln Road, on charges of operating while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Saturday, 4:54 a.m., police arrested Anthony D. Clark, 43, 2800 block of Amberwood Place, at U.S. 31 and Southway Boulevard, on charges of operating while intoxicated, marijuana possession and public intoxication.

Saturday, 5:04 a.m., police arrested Myron L. Campbell, 44, 300 block of West Harrison Street, at home, on felony charges of battery and strangulation.

Saturday, 6:55 a.m., police arrested Arthur L. Custard, 26, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Dodge Street and 17th Street, on a felony charge of domestic battery.

Saturday, 11:21 a.m., deputies arrested Patricia D. Myers, 43, 1100 block of North Burk Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 4:25 a.m., police arrested Tyler R. Reed, 21, 1000 block of East Monroe Street, in the 1000 block of East Lordeman Street, on a felony warrant charge of theft, and on a warrant charge of failure to appear.
