Saturday, 5:23 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male, at McCann and Havens streets, on a felony charge of receiving stolen property.

Saturday, 6:30 p.m., police arrested Theodore N. Hannibal Jr., 40, 900 block of East Jefferson Street, in the 1000 block of East Dixon Street, on parole violation warrant.

Saturday, 8:22 p.m., police arrested Julian B. Clemens, 30, 1800 block of Sussex Drive, at Walnut and Washington streets, on a driving-while-suspended charge, and on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 9:15 p.m., police arrested Jerry L. Sharp, 32, 1000 block of West Walnut Street, at Washington Street and Markland Avenue, on charges of driving while suspended and operator never licensed.

Saturday, 10:50 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 3500 block of South LaFountain Street, on a felony recklessness charge, and on a mischief charge.

Sunday, 12:12 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey J. Linkenhett, 51, Galveston, at Washington and North streets, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 12:17 a.m., police arrested Todd Gibson, 44, 3100 block of Garden Place, at Alto Road and Southway Boulevard, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Sunday, 12:57 a.m., police arrested Andrew D. Moore, 19, 1000 block of North Purdum Street, at Home Avenue and Defenbaugh Street, on an illegal consumption charge.

Sunday, 1:55 a.m., police arrested James L. Imel, 33, 400 block of East Taylor Street, at home, on a felony warrant charge of theft.

Sunday, 2:06 a.m., police arrested Julie A. Paulus, 43, 00 block of North 600 West, in the 1700 block of North Lincoln Road, on a trespass charge.

Sunday, 2:49 a.m., police arrested Kayla N. Damalak, 20, Sheridan, in the 1600 block of South Webster Street, on an illegal consumption charge.

Sunday, 2:49 a.m., police arrested Nicholas A. Steele, 18, 1600 block of South Webster Street, at home, on an illegal consumption charge.

Sunday, 2:49 a.m., police arrested Jerrid L. Jenkins, 20, 700 block of South Washington Street, at home, on an illegal consumption charge.
