• Brandi McClure, 34, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony theft; receiving stolen property, was sentenced to three years with two years in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Christopher France, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 90 days if his suspended sentence and returned to probation.

• Edward Partlow, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 40 days of his suspended sentence and returned to probation.

• Joel Grainger, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony theft and fraud, was sentenced to three years with one year executed in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Lenora K. McKinney, 37, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to 18 months with 36 days in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Matthew D. Barlow, 37, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony conspiracy to deal cocaine, was sentenced to 12 years with eight years in prison and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Meagan L. Sparger, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class B misdemeanor, was sentenced to 18 months with 12 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Charles R. Sanders, 36, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to three years with 62 days executed in jail, 183 days in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jacqueline F. Allen, 39, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to three years with 656 days executed in jail and 183 days in-home detention, and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Richard E. Lowry, 55, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, was sentenced on each count to one year with 202 days executed in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Everett Phipps, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 355 of his suspended sentence.

• Raymond P. Wilcox, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year 76 days executed in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Destiny N. Stewart, 20, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year with 15 days executed in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Mikayla M. Keller, 18, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class B misdemeanor false informing and C misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, was sentenced to 180 days suspended on count one and 60 days suspended on count two. The suspended sentences were ordered to run concurrently and will be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Michael A. Dimitt, 49, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony conspiracy to deal cocaine, was sentenced to 18 months with 96 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Benjamin T. Tressler, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to 18 months with 278 days in prison and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Tyler Mayfield, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a synthetic drug, was sentenced to 18 months with six days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.
