Arrests

Friday, 2:35 p.m., deputies arrested Courtney Bass, 28, 1000 block of West Sycamore Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 5:10 p.m., deputies arrested Tiffany Main, 25, 2300 block of Pinehurst Lane, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 8:08 p.m., police arrested Kenneth E. Webster, 56, 1900 block of North Courtland Avenue, at Morgan and Buckeye streets, on felony charges of methamphetamine possession, illegal drug lab, manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Friday, 11:04 p.m., police arrested Jacqueline D. Rainwater, 45, Galveston, in the 1900 block of North Courtland Avenue, on charges of marijuana possession and visiting a common nuisance.

Friday, 11:04 p.m., police arrested Angela K. Arnold, 42, Windfall, in the 1900 block of North Courtland Avenue, on a felony methamphetamine possession charge and on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Sunday, 11:44 p.m., deputies arrested Cedric J. Price Jr., 21, 300 block of East Broadway, in the 4200 block of Coventry Drive, on charges of marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia.

Sunday, 11:44 p.m., deputies arrested Clayton S. Phillabaum, 18, 3200 block of Oxford Street, in the 4200 block of Coventry Drive, on charges of marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia.

Monday, 2:46 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan P. Wingate, 19, 600 block of North 950 East, Greentown, in the 5300 block of East 50 North, on an illegal consumption charge.

Thefts

Friday, 7:26 a.m., a theft of a safe and contents was reported at Gillem Tire & Auto Repair, 1716 W. Markland Ave.

Friday, 10:42 a.m., a theft of a .380 caliber Kel Tec handgun was reported in the 1100 block of East Morgan Street.

Friday, 3:39 p.m., a theft from a shed and yard was reported in the 2200 block of North 250 East.

Friday, 4:16 p.m., a theft of merchandise was reported at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave.

Friday, 4:48 p.m., a theft of an air-conditioning unit was reported in the 2400 block of North LaFountain Street.
