Arrests

Wednesday, 12:46 p.m., deputies arrested James C. Tyson, 19, 2200 block of West Jefferson Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 10:48 p.m., deputies arrested Misty A. Hook, 37, 4400 south block of 00 East-West, at 400 South and U.S. 31, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 12:30 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph M. Hooper, 31, Greenwood, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 12:40 a.m., deputies arrested Bradley Glick, 31, Twelve Mile, at the Blackford County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 2:15 p.m., deputies arrested Clint Smith, 41, 1500 block of North Jay Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for stalking and invasion of privacy.

Thursday, 2:28 p.m., deputies arrested Shauntee Pickett, 46, 5200 block of Council Ring Boulevard, in the 100 block of East Mulberry Street, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday 3 p.m., deputies arrested Rick A. Kem, 50, 1200 block of West Boulevard, at the courthouse, on a warrant for welfare fraud.

Thursday, 3:04 p.m., police arrested Randy Hughes, 29, 1000 block of South Washington Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 3:34 p.m., police arrested Timothy Neatherly-Carter, 42, Anderson, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Thursday, 3:40 p.m., police arrested William McAninch, 62, 800 block of South Washington Street, in the 500 block of East Markland Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 4:59 p.m., police arrested Michael A. Prince II, 33, 1000 block of North Korby Street, in the 1100 block of North Burke Street, on charges of habitual traffic offender for life and resisting law enforcement.

Thursday, 5:58 p.m., police arrested Bryan S. Shelton, 31, 1100 block of North Korby Street, in the 1700 block of East Boulevard, on a charge of possession of marijuana and two warrants for petition to revoke.
