Arrests

Monday, 4:25 a.m., deputies arrested Byron D. Hill, 24, 1000 block of North Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail, on two body attachment warrants.

Monday, 8:30 a.m., police arrested an 11-year-old female in the 200 block of Coranada Circle, on a charge of disobedience.

Monday, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Oscar Snow, 62, 600 block of South Bell Street, at the courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 1:24 p.m., police arrested Derbriel Scales, 27, 600 block of Elk Drive, at that residence, on charges of domestic battery and strangulation.

Monday, 2:40 p.m., deputies arrested Cassandra D. Riegle, 28, Peru, at the Miami County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 4:05 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua Havermale, 20, 5900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a hold for Lucas County, Ohio.

Monday, 8:27 p.m., police arrested Jason A. Smith, 34, 1200 block of North Philips Street, in the 500 block of East Superior Street, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Monday, 8:40 p.m., police arrested Holly L. Lovegrove, 27, 700 block of Apperson Way South, at that residence, on a warrant for theft.

Monday, 10:13 p.m., police arrested Ian D. Kellett, 22, 1100 block of Home Avenue, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 2:32 a.m., police arrested Christopher A. Hollingsworth, 24, 1500 block of South Plate Street, in that block, on a charge of public intoxication.

Tuesday, 5:10 a.m., deputies arrested Jerrod D. Payne, 28, McCraw, Ark., in the 900 block of Boulder Way, on charges of resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of an accident, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence, failure to appear, two body attachments and a hold for Cass County.

Tuesday, 9 a.m., police arrested Thomas A. Garrison, 41, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at that residence, on a parole violation.

Tuesday, 11:21 a.m., deputies arrested Riyahnna Parker, 27, 1200 block of South Cooper Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for dealing in cocaine.

Tuesday, 2:35 p.m., deputies arrested Earnest Ryan, 57, 2200 block of North Webster Street, att the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 2:37 p.m., deputies arrested Jason S. Ferguson, 32, 1200 block of South Locke Street, at the Fulton County jail, on a warrant for obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, 2:40 p.m., police arrested Kiara D. McKibben, 22, 600 block of East Mulberry Street, at Lincoln and Goyer roads, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 4:08 p.m., deputies arrested Raymond L. Mertz, 35, 4500 east block of 100 South, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 4:08 p.m., police arrested Melissa K. Byrd, 22, 600 block of South Webster Street, at that residence, on a warrant for conspiracy to deal cocaine and two counts of dealing cocaine.

Tuesday, 7:12 p.m., police arrested Tawny Breigenzer, 30, 4600 south block of 00 East-West, in the 1700 block of East Markland Avenue, on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe, false informing and a body attachment warrant. Police also arrested William J. Litzendorf, 41, 1900 block of West Havens Street, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 7:40 p.m., police arrested David E. Walker, 38, 500 block of Naphew Lane, in the 700 block of South Courtland Avenue, on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 8:10 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on a charge of conversion.

Tuesday, 9:15 p.m., deputies arrested Frankie Woolum, 32, 100 block of Ida Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 9:18 p.m., deputies arrested Dustin Prince, 21, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 10:45 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Marsh, 208 E. Southway Blvd., on a charge of conversion.

Wednesday, 1:39 a.m., deputies arrested Jennifer A. Tressler, 29, Marion, at the Grant-Howard County line, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Monday, 2:27 a.m., the theft of a 1999 Dodge Caravan valued at $2,000 was reported from the 1100 block of West Madison Street.

Monday, 1:24 p.m., the theft of a red Walmart riding lawn mower valued at $500 was reported from the 1900 block of West Carter Street.

Tuesday, 4:44 a.m., the theft of a 1997 silver Saturn valued at $1,400 was reported from the 500 block of Southlea Drive.

Tuesday, 7:42 a.m., the theft of two levels and miscellaneous tools valued at $340 were reported from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Crooked Stick Drive.

Tuesday, 11:57 a.m., the theft of a 2006 Toyota Solara was reported from the 900 block of Boston Drive.

Tuesday, 12:36 p.m., the theft of an oven and a shower head valued at $250 was reported from the 400 block of North Webster Street.

Tuesday, 1:16 p.m., the theft of an iPod Touch valued at $250 was reported from Wendy’s, 3105 S. Lafountain St.

Tuesday, 1:30 p.m., the theft of a 50-inch flat screen TV was reported from a vehicle at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave.
