Thursday, 6:24 a.m., deputies arrested Elijahwon Waldrop, 20, Louisville, at the Racine County jail in Wisconsin, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Mark Burris, 47, Frankfort, at the courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Antonio Vinas, 2900 block of Sharon Drive, at the courthouse, on three warrants for failure to appear.

Thursday, 12:50 p.m., deputies arrested Montae Reed, 19, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested River L. Wells, 59, 1700 block of Sussex Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 1:15 p.m., deputies arrested Chad E. Walker, 23, Hemlock, at the Howard County jail, on two warrants for petition or revoke.

Thursday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested Reginald J. Prather, 27, 1000 block of East Monroe Street, in the 1500 block of Davis Road, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 4 p.m., police arrested Bart P. Bell, 48, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, on a parole violation.

Thursday, 6:18 p.m., police arrested Herbert T. Whites, 37, 800 block of North Purdum Street, at Lordeman and Waugh streets, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Thursday, 6:24 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at the Kokomo Police Department, on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Thursday, 8:20 p.m., deputies arrested Pablo Mata-Hernandez, 30, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 8:50 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 700 block of South Locke Street, on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Thursday, 9:40 p.m., deputies arrested William H. Epperly, 56, 200 block of West Elm Street, at 4411 South 00 East-West, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 10:43 p.m., deputies arrested Jamie Nussbaum, 35, Greentown, in the 1900 block of North Ohio Street, on a warrant for indirect contempt of court.

Friday, 1:40 a.m., police arrested Michael M. Andrews, 22, 2300 block of North Bell Street, in the 400 block of West Morgan Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 3:28 a.m., police arrested Tiffany D. Williams, 27, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, in the 1900 block of South Lafountain Street, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:15 a.m., police arrested Thomas M. Hightower Jr., 54, 1100 block of South Plate Street, at State and Plate streets, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:31 a.m., police arrested David R. McClure, 40, 1100 block of East North Street, at that residence, on a charge of invasion of privacy and warrant for battery.

Thefts

Wednesday, 6:30 a.m., the theft of a silver and red VIP mo-ped valued at $140 was reported from the 2000 block of South Plate Street.

Wednesday, 9:38 a.m., the theft of an undetermined amount of wire was reported from the 1500 block of North Courtland Avenue.

Wednesday, 7:25 p.m., the theft of sound equipment and clothing was reported during a burglary in the 2600 block of North Washington Street.

Thursday, 8:14 a.m., the theft of a Garman GPS system and case valued at $250 was reported from a vehicle in the 800 block of South Courtland Avenue.

Thursday, 2:16 p.m., the theft of a jewelry box, jewelry, a Nintendo 3DS, a Canon digital camera and a pink and purple bicycle was reported during a burglary in the 1600 block of North Buckeye Street.
