---- — • Christopher Sparlin, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony domestic battery, was sentenced to three years with 266 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kristin N. Summitt, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to two years with 202 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jason R. Hagerty, 42, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in meth, was sentenced to 10 years with six years served and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Tamara L. Biehle, 47, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in a narcotic drug, was sentenced to 12 years with six years in prison, two years of in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Michael Walker, 25, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in meth and a Class C felony carrying a handgun without a permit, was sentenced to 15 years with 10 years in prison and the balance on probation and eight years in prison with the sentences to run concurrently. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kiyahnna N. Parker, 28, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in cocaine, was sentenced to 10 years with six years in prison and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Angela Trusty, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 60 days of her previously suspended sentence and an extended two years of probation.

• James B. Patterson, 35, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, was sentenced to one year with 132 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Men’s Non-Violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Andrew C. Fenton, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with 14 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Michael M. Andrews, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with 100 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Robyn Foltz, 29, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a narcotic drug, was sentenced to 18 months with 200 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• James D. Hoover, 69, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class C felony criminal recklessness, battery with a deadly weapon, was sentenced on each count to two years with 10 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• John McAninch, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class B misdemeanor mischief and Class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of at least .08, but less than .15, was sentenced to 180 days and 60 days with eight days served and the balance on probation with the conditions his driving license be suspended for 180 days, complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment, Victim Impact Panel as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Karlie Anderson, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to 18 months with 174 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.
