Area sentencings, April 27, 2014

• Tina Ahnert, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to two years with 183 days served on in-home detention and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jesse Gunnell, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief, was sentenced to one year with two days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Ester S. Arriola, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year with four days served and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Nathan Crafts, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 96 days of his suspended sentence.

• John L. Williams, 22, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with 40 days served in jail and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jerry A. Gibson, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a narcotic drug and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to three years in prison and one year in jail to run consecutively and pay court costs.

• Malynda Monrow, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class B misdemeanor false informing, was sentenced to six months with 180 days served in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Ashlee Armfield, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony battery, was sentenced to two years with 194 days in jail and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.
