Sunday, 12:28 a.m., police arrested Carl M. Kordel, 63, 2400 block of West Alto Road, at Jefferson Street and Berkley Road, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 2:18 a.m., police arrested Joe W. Candler, 37, 700 block of West Walnut Street, in the 600 block of South Washington Street, on a Minnesota warrant charge of possession of heroin with intent to deal.

Sunday, 3:27 a.m., deputies arrested Alec J. Samuels, 20, 100 block of Lody Lane, at the Howard County Jail, on charges of operating while intoxicated and illegal consumption.

Sunday, 12:08 p.m., police arrested Todd A. French, 47, 3200 block of Elva Drive, in the 1700 block of East Lincoln Road, on felony charges of dealing methamphetamine, methamphetamine possession, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a syringe; and on felony warrant charges of dealing methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, 6:06 a.m., police arrested Adam C. Brock, 23, 200 block of North Philips Street, in the 1400 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of domestic battery, invasion of privacy and interfering with reporting a crime.

Sunday, 6:26 p.m., police arrested William J. Mullen, 50, 600 block of East Gerhart Street, at the same address, on felony charges of strangulation and possession of stolen property, and on a domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 11:41 p.m., police arrested Dwaine A. Fisher, 29, 2500 block of North Bell Street, at Gano and Main streets, on a felony charge of possession of stolen property.

Monday, 5:27 a.m., police arrested Dewan A. Nix, 34, 400 block of West Taylor Street, at the same address, on an invasion of privacy charge.

Thefts

Friday, 7:10 a.m., a theft from a vehicle in the 1400 block of South Armstrong Street was reported, with cash and two saws-all power tools reported taken.

Friday, 2:16 p.m., a theft of building materials from Fortune Companies, 2101 N. Webster St., was reported.

Friday, 9:57 p.m., a burglary in the 5800 block of South Webster Street was reported, with a table saw, a scroll saw, and a Troy-Built mower reported stolen.
