Arrests

Sunday, 6:06 a.m., police arrested Adam C. Brock, 23, 200 block of North Philips Street, in the 1400 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of domestic battery, invasion of privacy and interfering with reporting a crime.

Sunday, 6:26 p.m., police arrested William J. Mullen, 50, 600 block of East Gerhart Street, at the same address, on felony charges of strangulation and possession of stolen property, and on a domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 11:41 p.m., police arrested Dwaine A. Fisher, 29, 2500 block of North Bell Street, at Gano and Main streets, on a felony charge of possession of stolen property.

Monday, 5:27 a.m., police arrested Dewan A. Nix, 34, 400 block of West Taylor Street, at the same address, on an invasion of privacy charge.

Monday, 12:05 p.m., deputies arrested Dion C. Cannon, 25, 1800 block of South Wabash Avenue, at the Howard County Jail, on felony warrant charges of dealing cocaine, possession of cocaine (two counts), maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent.

Monday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Michael E. Shorter, 46, no address given, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Jeammie A. Hankins, 44, 800 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Madison County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 4:25 p.m., deputies arrested Zachary K. Bowser, 34, 2700 block of West Sycamore Street, at the Tipton County Jail, on two warrant charges of failure to appear.

Monday, 4:25 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old female, in the 200 block of North Main Street, on charges of marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia.

Monday, 4:29 p.m., police arrested Bradford N. Allison, 50, 1500 block of South Plate Street, at the same address, on a domestic battery charge.

Monday, 5:51 p.m., police arrested Kassandra Schiano, 32, 1100 block of North Washington Street, at the same address, on a felony domestic battery charge.
