Howard County

Arrests

Wednesday, 1:13 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan N. Schultz, 27, 2000 block of East Carter Street, at that residence, on warrants for failure to appear, petition to revoke and a body attachment.

Wednesday, 7:43 a.m., police arrested Alvin D. Beets, 40, Indianapolis, in the 2800 block of Amberwood Place, on two counts of battery and one count of resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Charles A. Vann, 28, Bunker Hill, at the Westville Correctional Facility, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 6:56 p.m., police arrested Julie A. Allen, 37, Kentucky, at Mulberry Street and Apperson Way, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 7:10 p.m., police arrested a 10-year-old male in the 2800 block of Heritage Drive, on a charge of disobedience.

Wednesday, 7:16 p.m., police arrested Lola O. Washington, 26, 300 block of East Richmond Street, at 300 North and 00 East-West, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 8:10 p.m., police arrested Joy D. Binion, 65, 2600 Wynterpointe Court, at 605 N. Dixon Road, on a charge of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 9:23 p.m., police arrested Janet M. Taylor, 28, Motel 6, 2808 S. Reed Road, at Lincoln and Albright roads, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police also arrested Denver J. Taylor, 39, same address, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 1:31 a.m., police arrested Lamont D. Stewart, 33, 900 block of James Drive, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of trespass.

Thefts

Wednesday, 3:29 p.m., the theft of three PNC checkbooks, a Nintendo Wii console and 10 games was reported during a burglary in the 900 block of North McCann Street.

Wednesday, 6:50 p.m., the theft of an Apple iPad mini with case and a Garman GPS unit was reported from a vehicle at ITP 1, 3066 N. 00 East-West.

Wednesday, 8:18 p.m., the theft of a Playstation 4, a controller and games and cords for a Wii game system was reported during a burglary in the 1300 block of East Jefferson Street.
