Arrests

Thursday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Byron Hill, 25, 1000 block of North Purdum Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 10:03 a.m., deputies arrested Kirven O. Jackson, 50, 2500 block of Apperson Way North, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for leaving the scene of an accident involving an unattended vehicle.

Thursday, 11:15 a.m., deputies arrested Keith O. Taylor, 30, homeless, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 1:15 p.m., deputies arrested Dale R. Washington, 48, 700 block of East Walnut Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Tremayne B. Turner, 39, Anderson, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 3:26 p.m., police arrested Heather M. Jones, 32, 2100 block of North Delphos Street, in the 2900 block of Apperson Way North, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 3:30 p.m., police arrested Daniel L. Chapman Jr., 29, 800 block of East Vaile Avenue, at Markland Avenue and Leeds Street, on charges of driving while suspended, leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 5:53 p.m., deputies arrested John P. Norwich, 30, 600 block of Bradford Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Thursday, 8:22 p.m., police arrested Christopher Becraft, 26, 2100 block of West Jefferson Street, at Jay and Jefferson streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Friday, 3:06 a.m., police arrested Felicia L. Lewis, 31, unknown, in the 900 block of North McCann Street, on a charge of residential entry.

Thefts

Thursday, 1 p.m., the theft of a 19-inch TV valued at $200 was reported from the 400 block of South Union Street.

Thursday, 2:32 p.m., the theft of a pair of Oakley sunglasses valued at $250 was reported from Gilly’s Auto Repair, 2105 N. Washington St.

Thursday, 6:06 p.m., the theft of a 32-inch LCD TV, a Panasonic stereo system and a wallet totaling $286 were reported from the 600 block of South Bell Street.

Thursday, 9:27 p.m., the theft of a black mini chopper-style bicycle was reported from the area of Main Street and Markland Avenue.
