Wednesday, 3:59 a.m., police arrested Joshua Weese, 25, 1200 block of North Morrison Street, at Apperson Way and Vaile Avenue, on a charge of false informing and a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:20 a.m., deputies arrested Sarah M. Tomlinson, 23, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:25 a.m., deputies arrested Loren M. Breedlove, 33, 1900 block of South Goyer Road, on a warrant for battery and neglect of a dependent.

Wednesday, 7:07 p.m., police arrested Travis D. Ploughe, 30, 3000 block of Vinton Circle, at Ruddell and Walnut streets, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, 7:30 p.m., police arrested James M. Russell, 22, Tipton, at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on a charge of theft and false informing.

Wednesday, 7:42 p.m., police arrested Chase M. McGowan, 26, 600 block of East Tate Street, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.

Thefts

Tuesday, 1:10 p.m., the theft of a Smith & Wesson 9 mm pistol and holster and miscellaneous change totaling $575 was reported from the 600 block of West Sycamore Street.

Tuesday, 6:51 p.m., the theft of a HP laptop computer, beer, chocolate and cash was reported during a burglary in the 600 block of Bradford Circle.

Arrests

Sunday, 9:12 a.m., police arrested Stephanie J. Florek, 47, 200 block of Diehl Street, Tipton, on charges of attempted residential entry and resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 7:17 p.m., state police arrested Devin C. Spruill, 28, 1300 block of Ruhl Garden Court, Kokomo, on a charge of habitual traffic offender.

Tuesday, 6:03 p.m., police arrested Benjamin L. Hornbrook, 20, Danville, Illinois, on charges of driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 10:42 p.m., deputies arrested David L. Ray, 39, 2100 block of North Armstrong Street, Kokomo, on a warrant for failure to appear.
