Arrests

Thursday, 11:30 p.m., deputies arrested Carl W. Chandler, 32, 600 block of East Mulberry Street, at the Howard County jail, on four warrants, alleging charges of non-compliance with in-home detention, failure to appear (two counts) and theft.

Friday, 1:25 a.m., state police arrested Jose L. Hernandez, 25, Logansport, at Markland Avenue and Delphos Street, on charges of operator never licensed and operating while intoxicated.

Friday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Serena Caldwell, 35, 1500 block of North Morrison Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a felony theft charge.

Friday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested James M. Shaffer, 21, 1200 block of North Burk Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Friday, 11:20 a.m., deputies arrested Bersias S. Pittman, 18, 600 block of South Union Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for a felony theft charge, and a charge of false informing.

Friday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Durwood C. Bundrent, 54, 600 block of West Walnut Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Friday, 12:07 p.m., police arrested Mario A. Bryant Jr., 27, 500 block of South Buckeye Street, at Northwest Plaza, on a felony possession of a controlled substance charge, and on four warrants, each alleging one charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 12:28 p.m., deputies arrested Kacy J. Horton, 29, Cicero, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for felony charges of forgery and theft.

Friday, 3:03 p.m., police arrested Shawn P. Jordan, 33, 100 block of West 380 South, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a felony theft charge.

Friday, 3:27 p.m., police arrested Lou Anna Ray, 51, 400 block of South Webster Street, at home, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Samantha Bales, 26, 1300 block of Cadillac Drive West, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for purchase of more than 9 grams of precursor in a 30-day period.
