Arrests


Tuesday, 8:29 a.m., deputies arrested Jonathan A. Roberts, 31, 200 block of Fawn Drive, at 400 North and 1350 East, on charges of operator never licensed and possession of paraphernalia.

Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on charges of disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Sean P. Rogers, 23, 1000 block of North Berkley Road, at the Howard County jail, on warrant charges of failure to appear, operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, false informing and battery.

Tuesday, 11:01 a.m., deputies arrested William V. Davis, 70, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:02 a.m., deputies arrested Shaquille A. Beard, 21, 800 block of East Mulberry Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Delmar Cannon, 38, 1800 block of Cadillac Drive East, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 3:13 p.m., police arrested Cole N. Landis, 21, 2300 block of Beauvoir Court, at Boulevard and Broadway, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 5:28 p.m., police arrested Carmichael D. Williams, 38, 900 block of East Mulberry Street, at Washington and Monroe streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Tuesday, 8:21 p.m., police arrested Sam V. Collins, 39, 1700 block of Osage Drive, at home, on a felony domestic battery charge and on charges of interfering with the reporting of a crime and resisting law enforcement.

Tuesday, 9:39 p.m., police arrested Joseph C. Buck, 59, 600 block of South Bell Street, at Markland Avenue and Jay Street, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 10:13 p.m., state police arrested Laura S. Catron, 39, Camden, at U.S. 35 and Davis Road, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 10:25 p.m., deputies arrested Kristopher M. Carson, 26, 11000 block of East 200 North, Greentown, at the Howard County jail, on a felony warrant charge of counterfeiting.

Tuesday, 11:01 p.m., deputies arrested Jake L. Beck, 22, 1300 block of South Main Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:37 a.m., deputies arrested Jason M. Hendrix, 33, 2900 block of South 344 East, in the 3400 block of East 306 South, on felony charges of battery on a police officer, possession of a syringe and resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 11:57 a.m., deputies arrested Brandy G. Hoebee, 34, 2900 block of South 344 East, at home, on a warrant charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Wednesday, 1:45 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a marijuana possession charge.

Wednesday, 6:02 p.m., police arrested Nicole Sims, 32, Muncie, at Motel 6, 2808 S. Reed Road, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deal, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 6:02 p.m., police arrested Tiffany S. Allen, 30, Muncie, at Motel 6, 2808 S. Reed Road, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 6:02 p.m., police arrested Saul C. Vargas, 31, Muncie, at Motel 6, 2808 S. Reed Road, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 8:40 p.m, police arrested Adrian R. Yeary, 19, 200 block of West Virginia Avenue, at home, on a felony charge of possession of stolen property.

Tuesday, 8:40 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 200 block of West Virginia Avenue, on a felony charge of possession of stolen property.

Tuesday, 9:15 p.m., police arrested Andrew D. Fritz, 21, Peru, at the Carroll County Line, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:16 p.m., police arrested Donald L. Shuck, 44, 500 block of North Indiana Avenue, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 12:22 a.m., police arrested Darik G. Wolf, 21, 12900 block of South U.S. 31, in the 1500 block of North Davis Road, on a marijuana possession charge.

thefts

Oct. 11, 1:53 p.m., the theft of a diamond ring, valued at $5,700, was reported in the 2200 block of West Jefferson Street.

Monday, 10:30 a.m., the theft of copper wire and electrical equipment was reported in the 1200 block of North Union Street.

Sept. 11, 7:45 p.m., deputies arrested Austin L. McCartney, 18, 12900 block of U.S. 31, Kokomo, on a warrant for theft and receiving stolen property.

Sept. 12, 5 p.m., police arrested James Wilson, 22, 100 block of West 7th Street, Peru, on a warrant for battery with bodily injury and a charge of possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 12:33 a.m., police arrested Matthew G. Roberts, 28, 400 block of Monroe Avenue, Peru, on charges of battery with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm.

Saturday, 2:43 a.m., police arrested Lake G. Hostetler, 18, 100 block of East 5th Street, Peru, on a charge of minor in consumption.

Saturday, 3:10 a.m., police arrested Alexander M. Kuepper, 19, 100 block of West 6th Street, Peru, on a charge of minor in consumption refusal.

Saturday, 6:40 a.m., police arrested Dennis A. Golitko, 53, 300 block of North Fremont, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Monday, 10:35 a.m., police arrested Elmer Cornett, 45, 4400 block of South 00 East West, Kokomo, on a warrant for probation violation.

Monday, 10:55 a.m., police arrested Mark A. Weaver, 47, 200 block of West 3rd Street, Peru, on a warrant for aiding, inducing or causing dealing of cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Monday, 12:10 p.m., police arrested Henry D. Conger, 34, 300 block of Tyler Avenue, Peru, on a warrant for violation of home detention.

Monday, 9 p.m., state police arrested Jeremy Lauderdale, 39, Marietta, Ga., on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Monday, 10:30 p.m., state police arrested Ariel Words, 19, Indianapolis, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Monday, 11 p.m., deputies arrested Jonathon T. Carriger, 20, 100 block of West 7th Street, Peru, on a warrant for sexual misconduct with a minor.

Tuesday, 1 a.m., state police arrested William E. Mosley Jr., 200 block of West 7th Street, Peru, on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors and maintaining a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 1:35 a.m., state police arrested James L. Taylor, 38, 700 block of Bobtail Court, Peru, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 1:45 a.m., state police arrested Roy F. Shuck, 24, 600 block of West 2nd Street, Peru, on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, visiting a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 2 a.m., state police arrested William E. Shuck, 25, 600 block of West 2nd Street, Peru, on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, visiting a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent.

Tuesday, 2:10 a.m., state police arrested Roger L. Edmondson Jr., 23, 400 block of Monroe Avenue, Peru, on charges of maintaining common nuisance and possession of precursors.

Tuesday, 2:15 a.m., state police arrested Crystal M. Alspaugh, 27, 300 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 2:20 a.m., state police arrested Brittany Gilman, 22, 800 block of Bobtail Court, Peru, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 2:30 a.m., state police arrested Jennifer Edmondson, 33, 400 block of Monroe Avenue, Peru, on charges of manufacturing meth and neglect of a dependent.

Tuesday, 7 p.m., deputies arrested Thea C. Jordan, 37, Indianapolis, on a failure to appear warrant.

Tuesday, 10:10 p.m., deputies arrested Derek S. Schrader, 23, 900 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a failure to appear warrant.

Tuesday, 11:50 p.m., state police arrested Nicholas W. Martin, 20, Vincennes, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
