Howard County arrests

Friday, 9:50 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher A. Clement, 25, Lafayette, at the Howard County jail on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 11:40 a.m., deputies arrested Stephanie K. Bernard, 58, Indianapolis, at the Marion County jail, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Nicholas J. Arrington, 42, Indianapolis, at the Marion County jail, on a charge of counterfeiting.

Friday, 11:56 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male and a 13-year-old male at Central Middle School on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Friday, 1:10 p.m., deputies arrested Cainman J. Lopiloto, 31, Muncie, at the Delaware County jail, for failure to appear.

Friday, 2:10 p.m., deputies arrested Katherine Miller, 31, 1200 block of West Elm Street, at the Grant County jail, for failure to appear.

Friday, 2:10 p.m., deputies arrested Angela M. Yablonski, 50, Peru, at the Howard County Government Annex, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 4:31 p.m., police arrested Robin E. Sanders, 48, Sharpsville, in the 2100 block of East Boulevard, on a charge of theft and a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 4:43 p.m., police arrested Jennifer J. West, 34, 2700 block of North Washington Street, in the 300 block of West Monroe Street, on Carroll County warrants for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, habitual substance abuser and driving with a suspended license.

Friday, 5:30 p.m., police arrested Lenora McKinney, 36, 800 block of North Purdum Street, at that address, on a charge of possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of public housing and possession of marijuana.

Friday, 9:17 p.m., police arrested Jonathon K. Thompson, 21, Buffalo, in the 2200 block of South Dixon Road, on a charge of public intoxication.

Friday, 11:11 p.m., deputies arrested Jade M. Cook, 41, 1100 block of Ruddell Drive, in the 4700 block of Pavalion Court, on charges of illegal drug lab, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.

Friday, 11:11 p.m., deputies arrested Richard L. Berg, 39, 800 block of South Clark Street, in the 4700 block of Pavalion Court, on charges of illegal drug lab, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Friday, 11:11 p.m., deputies arrested Billy J. Bless, 36, 4700 block of Pavalion Court, at that address, on charges of illegal drug lab, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.

Friday, 11:18 p.m., police arrested Helen L. Pratt, 57, 800 block of Rainbow Circle, at the intersection of U.S. 31 and Ind. 26 on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, 6:09 p.m., police arrested Bertha L. Gray, 47, 400 block of East North Street, in the 200 block of East Taylor Street, on charges of false informing, identity deception and a warrant from Plainfield for a parole violation.

Saturday, 1:11 a.m., police arrested Mark A. Branch, 31, Lebanon, OH, in the 1500 block of North Lafountain Street, on a Tipton County warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, 8:03 a.m., police arrested Rhiannon R. Bruck, 34, 2200 block of North Locke St., at that address on a Miami County warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 7:30 p.m., police arrested Nicholas A. Mendenhall, 32, 1600 block of South Elizabeth Street, in the 800 block of East Markland Avenue, for failure to appear.

Saturday, 9:23 p.m., police arrested Chrystal G. Copp, 36, Greentown, at the intersection of Main and Jefferson streets, on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 8:35 p.m., police arrested Thomas R. Stackhouse, 43, 1800 block of North Indiana Street, in the 2100 block of North Market Street, on a charge of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and a warrant for battery and petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Saturday, 8:54 p.m., police arrested Sabrina M. Gibson, 42, 2400 block of North Main Street, in the 1900 block of North Apperson Way, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 11:32 p.m., police arrested Jordan S. Jackson, 20, 1000 block of East North Street, at the intersection of North and Bell streets, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 11:32 p.m., police arrested Victor Betts, 20, 900 block of East Broadway, at the intersection of North and Bell streets, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Sunday, 1:03 a.m., police arrested Andrew Smith, 21, Russiaville, in the 2800 block of Amberwood Place, on charges of two counts of battery and strangulation.

Sunday, 2:15 a.m., police arrested Kendra McKnight, 25, 200 block of Rainbow Circle, in the 100 block of 300 West, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Sunday, 2:15 a.m., police arrested Keyana N. Ware, 22, 400 block of West Lincoln Road, in the 100 block of 300 West, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 4:10 p.m., police arrested Christopher L. Maggart, 31, Greentown, in the 1000 block of West Sycamore Street, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Sunday, 4:29 p.m., deputies arrested Meagan L. Sparger, 33, Greentown, at that address, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, residential entry and mischief.

Sunday, 4:43 p.m., police arrested James W. Moss II, 40, 1200 block of South Foster Street, at the intersection of Market Street and Markland Avenue, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Sunday, 7:25 p.m., police arrested Ajaysa J. Smith, 34, 2700 block of Amberwood Place, at the intersection of Elm and Morrison streets, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Sunday, 8:08 p.m., police arrested Aaron T. Hipsher, 42, 1800 block of Judson Road, at the intersection of Barkdol Street and Apperson Way, on a charge of possession of methampthemaine and a Cass County warrant for non-support of a dependent child.

Sunday, 9:25 p.m., police arrested David E. Walker, 37, 4100 block of North 00 East/West, at that address on a Grant County warrants for probation violation and a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thefts

Friday, 10:43 p.m., a video game and DVD discs, valued at $120 from the 1200 block of North Courtland Avenue.

Friday, 12 p.m., a 2004 Lincoln taken from the 300 block of Victor Court.

Saturday, 9:29 a.m., a handgun valued at $300 from the 1200 block of South Delphos Street.

Saturday, 6:24 p.m., theft of a washer and dryer, refrigerator, mattress and box spring and a 50-inch television, valued at $800, from the 700 block of North Phillips Street.

Saturday, 6:37 p.m., theft of a 32-caliber revolver, valued at $160, from the 1200 block of South Delphos Street.

Sunday, 4:15 p.m., a laptop, laptop back and computer software, valued at $1,630, from the 1900 block of Jones Place.

Miami County arrests

Friday, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Christy L. Jones, 32, Indianapolis, on a violation of parole warrant.

Saturday, 4:20 a.m., police arrested Shane Stapleton, 34, 200 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 6:20 a.m., state police arrested Daniel S. Zackman, 36, 1800 block of West 1150 North, Macy, on a charge of domestic battery.

Saturday, 8:21 p.m., deputies arrested Todd R. Ash, 28, 10 block of Turnpaugh Trail, Peru, and Amanda Bonner, 30, 2800 block of South Hilltop Drive, Peru, on charges of possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a legend drug.

Sunday, 3:30 a.m., police arrested Dominick Tyler, 19, 300 block of South Washington Street,  Bunker Hill, on charges of minor in consumption of alcohol, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Sunday, 4:48 p.m., state police arrested David R. Pierce, 25, Rolling Prairie, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Sunday, 5:33 p.m., deputies arrested James Stambaugh, 28, 600 block of North 300 West, Peru, on a warrant for habitual traffic violator.

Sunday, 6:10 p.m., state police arrested Aaron Hall, 25, Indianapolis, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Sunday, 7:54 p.m., state police arrested Doug Arbogast, 28, Bristol, and Jessie Williams, 24, Goshen, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth.

Monday, 12:30 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey Clegg, 43, 2100 block of North Ind. 19, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal.

Monday, 5:50 a.m., deputies arrested Travis E. Hill, 25, 200 block of South Cooper Street, Kokomo, on charges of operating while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and habitual traffic violator.
