Arrests

Thursday, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Scott A. Pearson, 37, 400 block of East Monroe Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 9:23 a.m., deputies arrested Stephanie Livingston, 28, 1000 block of South Plate Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:10 a.m., deputies arrested James Catlett, 58, 1400 block of North Jay Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 12:59 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Bon Air Elementary School, 2800 Apperson Way North, on charges of resisting law enforcement, battery and disorderly conduct.

Thursday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested Brycen J. Strong, 20, 2000 block of Olds Drive, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 2:20 p.m., deputies arrested Donald J. Smith, 21, Indianapolis, at the New Castle Correctional Facility, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 3:02 p.m., deputies arrested Nicole M. Cooper, 27, 700 block of West Virginia Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 3:05 p.m., deputies arrested April D. Frazier, 37, Peru, at the Miami County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Layla Thompson, 20, 2400 block of North Calumet Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 4:02 p.m., police arrested Kevin W. Catron, 45, 700 block of South Purdum Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 4:27 p.m., police arrested Terrance N. Sweeney, 40, 300 block of East Walnut Street, in the 700 block of East Taylor Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement, false informing, a parole violation and a Tippecanoe County warrant.

Thursday, 7:14 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua T. Novinger, 27, 5500 block of Four Mile Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 8:05 p.m., deputies arrested Jon D. Thompson, 20, 2900 north block of 450 West, at that residence, on charges of possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and possession of paraphernalia.

Friday, 12:16 a.m., police arrested Cody R. Vaughn, 24, 200 block of North Market Street, at Markland Avenue and Washington Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Thefts

Thursday, 5 p.m., the theft of cash was reported from the 1000 block of South Indiana Street.

Thursday, 11:12 p.m., the theft of a 2004 silver Chrysler Sebring valued at $3,000 was reported from the 3800 block of Alameda Boulevard.
